I started using New Generation in November and I have been very pleased with their services. I was especially interested in having somebody who would work around my schedule. They are very responsive to my needs and regularly respond immediately to my emails/messages. I held off writing this review until I was sure that I was pleased with their work. I have always had the same cleaner who is very courteous, personable and friendly. This person is responsive to my needs and always follows through on my suggestions. I have high standards for cleaning in general and I am very pleased with the quality, value, professionalism and responsiveness of New Generation cleaners. Give them a try if you are in need of cleaning services.

Had New Generation Cleaners come to clean a home I am moving into. It was very dirty, had not been cleaned in a long time there was animal fur everywhere and the appliances with filthy. New Generation Cleaners did an excellent job. The appliances look like new and the cat pee smell is gone. Will 100% use them again. They were friendly and efficient, did a great job for an excellent price.
