Hi i just want to share thats its been 1 month i am trying to get these guys in to clean my house every time i call they book me in at last moment they text not even call. That we cannot find tec. it happened to me 4 times and now i am writing this to let others know. even your booking make sure sure book with some else well. i wish i could give them 0 stars.

The Merry Maids team in Hamilton is great! We have used their services for over 2 years now, and no complaints. I always look forward to coming home after their visit - the house sparkles. The office team is also very friendly and accommodating of any changes you need to make in scheduling, even if it is last minute. Would definitely recommend (and ask for Tracy - she's the best!)

Tracey and Keely do an amazing job. Tracey's presentation makes me smile when I come home as my house looks like something out of a magazine. Beds are made like in a hotel and everything is folded and placed nicely.

Merry Maids is a great service. They are super reliable, flexible and Samantha is extremely responsive. The girls who come to clean the apartment change, but I've always found them to be kind and professional. I trust them to come when I'm not home. There have been the rare times I've been not completely happy with the thoroughness of the cleaning, however, I let Samantha know and she immediately rectified it with a repeat clean which was fantastic and speaks to their professionalism. I do find the service is on the slightly more expensive side, but it's personally worth it for me given the standard of the service. Highly recommend!
