I had a booking to have my carpet cleaned , the appointment was confirmed. The technician called me a day prior to confirm with me that he would be here between 1-3 pm. He didn’t show up till 355 pm. I had to call and spoke with a manager that verified with me that they would be on their way and we’re running late. The technician gets here to ask me for a fuse box which he couldn’t find. Let’s me know he can’t clean the carpet due to not being able to find a fuse box. I don’t think he was interested in cleaning the carpet . Walked around my apartment with his dirty shoes, no courtesy whatsoever and in the and nd leaves telling me he is unable to clean my carpet due to being unable to find the fuse box. I took th I day off , 29 weeks pregnant and had people help me move things around just to be told that he couldn’t do the job. No apology whatsoever. Currently waiting for a call from the manager. I found that to be very unprofessional + inconveniencing.

Tyler Misener of Home Services completed duct cleaning and dryer duct cleaning this morning at our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided. He did a walk through explaining everything that was to be done and then gave us a cost estimate of the work. He gave us the timing and discussed a few issues around our dryer vent with solutions to complete the work. He was finished in the time he quoted and explained what he had done. Everything was put back as found and he collected his equipment. We would highly recommend Home Depot and in particular recommend Tyler in the professional and polite manner he performed his work.

I have a bad experience with Home Depot duct cleaning service recently. I paid 439.57 dollars (10 Sep) for cleaning all vents including furnace in Brantford. They cleaned all the duct in depth and take all the dirt. For taking out the dirt in one hour it was too much I paid. However, I was not satisfied they way they checked all the duct and blow the dirt. I hired another contractor to check all the ducts for my satisfaction. I found few bottles in the duct which was not taken out today. The Home Depot technician was not able to take this out and even not able to check the duct line. So it is useless to pay 439 dollar while in the market basic duct cleaning is available for $100 to $150. I only paid higher as might be Home Depot duct cleaning services are better than other but they are only better in billing and nothing else.

They confirmed my appointment request over the phone and told me it would be $89 since that was their minimum charge. For this price you can get "2 rooms and a hall" cleaned. We only have carpet in 2 rooms and not in any hall, but since the minimum charge is $89, that's fine. I got charged $99, for which you can even get "3 rooms and a hall" cleaned. I emailed the company and asked them to clarify why we were overcharged $10. No reply on my first email and no reply on my second reply... I'm partially satisfied with the cleaning itself. The whole carpet looks and feels clean, although some odours didn't come out.

High pressure air was used to clean the duct work. He worked efficiently and left the home in the same condition received. I would recommend this service to others.

We had booked duct cleaning service with home Depot Canada. We had made it clear that we have never had this done before. They said no problem, how many ducts ect. Long story short, the gentleman showed up and goes "oh I don't have enough hose for this. We'll need to reschedule for next week". I'd love to know why he wasn't able to go get more hose?? Terribly inefficient and will not recommend or be using any home Depot services. Not happy.

I had my carpets cleaned by Corey on June 29, 2019. My office has a lot of traffic with people coming in and out. I was ready to replace it but decided to try Steam Dry Canada as a last effort. Corey did a fantastic job. I'm not going to say the carpet looks brand new but it certainly improved drastically. I would recommend this company due to the fact that Corey is very personable and explains what he is going to do and let's you know what you're going to expect.

I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. It is a waste of your money. I sent my area rug to be cleaned and it came back dirty. I called and complained about the dirt. Home Depot stream dry Canada picked it up and did a redo. It came back again with new dirt marks on it and smelling like stinky socks. No ! do not use this service. I will NOT use it again.

I just called Steamworks and their sales lady Geraldine told me up to 10 vents in Brantford is $179 plus $10 for additional vents, and $59 for the furnace. Appointment booked for Monday. Got an email confirmation saying up to 10 vents is $249! Called and spoke with her manager, told me the price in Brantford is $249 but because I was told 179 she said the price in Brantford is $189 but the furnace is $130 and she doesn't have an appointment until Wednesday and then hung up on me!!!! Poor poor poor customer service!!! Disappointed will be letting home depot know!
