Had our king size mattress cleaned this morning. The lady did a wonderful job. She was right on time, quick and efficient. I don't think we've ever dealt with a more pleasant, friendly, and helpful organization. Their prices are quite reasonable, they picked up and delivered our rugs and they came back clean, fresh and with the pile restored to almost new condition. I am a hard person to please when it comes to cleanliness of the house, but boy oh boy! What a great job done! Absolutely fantastic!! Starting with very easy and pleasant communication about booking the estimate and then booking the job to the explanation how the service works, ladies, (my bad, I forgot names..), came in the house with a sunny disposition and on time. They sure made my day! (it’s really hard to come by with such a pleasant demeanour nowadays, especially due to Covid. Bright smiles, timely, very professional and a job well done! No more smelly carpet and stains. Our puppy made entryway carpeted area her private bathroom. But if one to come in the house now, you sure wouldn’t even now we have a dog, yet alone two! I would highly recommend this cleaning service!

Love this company! Had an emergency cleaning due to our cat. Phil came in during the day on Christmas Eve so we had a clean couch for Christmas! I called Ecosuds in desperation because my dog had a major issue on our carpet in our dining room. A carpet that we had purchased in Turkey on a vacation. I was devastated by the mess on the carpet and was so concerned that the carpet was ruined. They came and looked at the carpet and took it away. When it was brought back, I was stunned! I had Phil in my home last year. He cleaned two big couches and one lazy boy which were all gross due to our dogs. When he was finished they looked brand new. I am not even joking on how great they looked and smelled too! I have just booked them to come back in a couple weeks again. Yes it is not no $50.00 cleaning but to not have to do it yourself, have it done right and with the benefits of their machines and chemicals offer I feel it is money well spent and happy to spend it again.

I purchased my townhome two years ago and phoned a dry foam carpet cleaning company to clean my basement. The results were lack luster and they didn't attempt to clean my basement stairs. I was disappointed to say the least. I phoned Ecosuds one week ago to see if they could try and remove the stains in my carpet in the basement. After testing their products, Nikki said she could get the stains out but that I shouldn't expect the carpet to look brand new. However, the results blew my Husband and my expectations right out of the water. The carpet in our minds basically looks brand new. We were contemplating removing our carpet before phoning them but replacing them wasn't in our budget for now. I am glad we didn't remove them and that we phoned. They were professional, courteous, and they deliver a great service. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use their service yearly!! Thanks again :)
