Very Pleased with the Service from Keirn and his team. We were lucky enough to discover them as they performed some work for our neighbor (who they've been working with for 20+ years) and they dropped over to provide a quote on the spot, which was appreciated. Kiern clearly has lots of experience and was polite and respectful of our house and belongings. They also shared a few good tips for how to manage the drying process and how to continue to protect our carpets and sofa. Their pricing was extremely fair for the amount of time, effort and diligence that was put into the job. All in we are extremely pleased.

Grant and Vinny came to my house today to clean all of my carpets stairway hallway bedrooms living room and clean all of my ceramic tiles and grout. My living room carpet had a few stains on it that I couldn’t get out some I believe from spills from the barbeque and a few from my loveable puppy dog. They got them all out I can’t see where they were. They did an amazing job and in very short time. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. The carpets were dry within five hours. My family has used them in the past and I have recommended them to friends as well. I will definitely use them again when incomes. If you’re looking for great carpet and/or ceramic tile cleaners and a professional job Aberdeen carpet is the place to go. Hands down! Oh, Their pricing is extremely reasonable. A pleasant surprise.

My experience with Aberdeen Carpet Cleaning was great! Keirn and Frank were both very friendly individuals and just as importantly - our carpets look wonderful! Stains are gone and the house smells so much cleaner now. They were careful cleaning around all my furniture (and around my cat that decided to hide under one of the beds). I was even left a bit of spot cleaner in case said cat had any future accidents.It worked out for me that they were running ahead of schedule and I was called to confirm the change of time worked for me, which was nice. I am grateful for the great service. Highly recommended!

We just had Aberdeen in to clean the carpets in our basement and I'm not super happy with how things were left. The cleaner told my wife that they couldnt put the sectional back together (which in itself is not an issue as I expected to put things back together) due to issues with rust on the bars of the recliner possibly developing but then left that part of the sectional on the carpet anyway but just not attached to the rest. The carpets are still somewhat damp (as expected) but if there's concern for rust then why wasnt that piece of furniture moved off the carpet until the area was totally dry. It also seems that another section of the carpets were missed completely which may or may not have been due to me being told that we didnt need to move the furniture "the heavier things" so i just removed all the electronics and wiring from items stored on the cabinets. But the cabinets themselves I left in place assuming they would be moved and neither appears to have been shifted at all. It may be too early to tell for sure, but presently there doesnt seem to be any marked difference between this professional clean or the one that i did about 6 months ago with the rental machine from Home Depot and so I would recommend you just get the rental and do it yourself instead of paying 4 times the price with this company.

I needed them to come back to get out some stubborn stains with no fuss or bother. They were quite happy to come back to do a job well done. Edit: Kieran literally called me hours after they completed the job to let me know that my outdoor hose spigot was left on (it’s winter). My wife and I got a Rottweiler pre-Covid and unfortunately, being at home so much, she made her mistakes and on a few occasions tracked mud into the house. We also painted a couple rooms, leaning a few paint stains which was upsetting so we were in need of a serious cleaning. Aberdeen is the best company I've dealt with for carpet cleaning in years! They are a family business, take pride in their work and have been around for 50 years. Grant and his assistant were excellent and my upstairs carpet looks amazing. I considered replacing the carpet before it was cleaned. The carpet also dried within 8 hours.
