It was an emergency situation - I had a norovirus and had vomited all over my bedroom, hall, and bathroom carpets! I called Philip to come first thing in the morning to rescue me. He came, did a thorough cleaning and sanitizing. (I did recover although it took the better part of 10 days!) The carpets I messed are clean, no stains, and more important, NO ODOR! I was very happy with the job he did. Later in the season I'll be asking him back to do the rest of the carpets, particularly the stairs, which need some loving care.

Carpet Cat (Philip) was great to deal with from the moment I emailed my inquiry. He arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and efficient. For less than $100 (taxes included) my basement (including stairs) is fresh and clean. I would highly recommend this great company ... and I found out they've been in operation for 25 years! Yay for small local business success!

Best service ever honestly! They cleaned one floor it was so shinny that I asked them if they could clean the basement as well, and they were really nice that they accepted to do that with a short notice. I’m definitely going to have my carpet cleaned every year now. Thank you so much

We were very pleased with Carpet Cat. We have two labs therefore lots of doggie stains. One rug looks brand new. I was also pleased with the quick response time when I requested a quote. Mark actually came back a second day to address a small issue with our large area rug at no charge. My furniture cleaning will be next.
