Wendy is not reliable. She has changed the day at the last minute several times, has cancelled at the last minute, and today cancelled without notifying me. I would not recommend her. Wendy, I gave you a second chance already. There is no third.

Wendy and her team does a lot of fantastic work in the homes on our build site. Always on time, professional, and thorough ???? I had her and her team come to my home before I moved in and was not disappointed. The place was spotless and looked great. My wife and kids could get settled a lot quicker and made our move a lot easier. Thanks Wendy!

We have had a number of issues with this provider and do NOT recommend you to use this company. While at first the service was done professionally, it degraded over time with the following issues: 1) At one point the time spent to clean our various buildings increased dramatically and even doubled without any explanation or justification, roughly around the time the owner's husband found themselves unemployed. 2) We realized that we were being overcharged as we have cameras in various buildings and the time invoiced did not match with the actual time spent at the building as evidenced by the cameras. 3) We received multiple written complaints from tenants at our buildings, both commercial and residential complaining of the disappointing quality of work to the point where we had to terminate the contract with this company 4) They used a corrosive cleaning product on an elevator door that permanently damaged the stainless steel causing approximately $10,000 in damages 5) Were rude, insulting and threatened various staff members when informed that invoices would not be paid due to work not being properly done, for overcharging on hours not done and damage caused due to using improper cleaning materials. Staff felt very uncomfortable and unsafe talking to these people and as a result of Bill 168 Violence and Harrassment in the Workplace had to terminate all communication with this provider as we have a legal obligation to make all employees feel safe. This provider seems to have forgotten the age old rule that you get further with honey than with threats. Either way, as far as we are concerned, we are glad to no longer be working with this provider. Vesterra Property Management Inc
