I had never had this type of work done before, so didn't know what to expect? I learnt more than I will probably ever need to know about my duct work and all aspects of my home connected to it! Air is circulating properly now throughout the house... and we don't have the variance anymore. Jeremy Drage was great. Showed up about 30 minutes earlier, and the service only took 1.5 hours. He clearly explained the step by step process. He was very courteous. In response to the negative review regarding a 2% credit card fee, I think that this is common, and Jeremy was upfront about it when presenting me with payment options at the beginning. I will be reaching back out in the next 3-4 years.

Great service, great staff, timely response. However I'm very displeased with the extra 2% fee for using a credit card. The reasoning that I was given a choice, doesn't resonate well. You are a respected business, incorporate your VISA fees to your Operating costs.

Outstanding. Arrived a few minutes early, did a 4 bedroom house in 1hr 15 mins. Patiently answered my questions and gave advice when i asked about proper filters, etc. Told me what they did, did not try and sell anything extra like sanitizer (no sign of mold, honest). Gave a heads up on what to expect for future maintenance - AC coil a little rusty, etc. Detailed, fast and very professional. Cleaned up after themselves.

The booking was a bit annoying as they called me the day before to change the time they were coming as they had doubled booked my time slot, so had to rebook it but the service once they arrived on the day was excellent and professional. Would have been nice to get a discount for the inconvenience of having to rebook but all in all good quality of work once they got here.

I had my infant home with me and he even went out of his way to complete her room first so I was able to put her down for a nap! I called around to a few other places and found Powervac pricing the most competitive and the customer service the most helpful and friendly of all of the places I called. Will definitely be repeat customers.

I was not at all pleased with the service. The power vac employee left a huge mess in the basement, there was a thick layer of dust that covered everything in the basement where is was working. It seems he removed the dust from the vents and left it in the basement, I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

Breathing Better! The cleaning process was thorough and conducted respectfully in our home. I am no longer feeling congested from the amount of dust that was in the air, what a difference- Sean did a great job! We had another company in a few months prior only to be left with very unsatisfactory results. That issue has since been resolved and Darwyn and PowerVac Guelph have been very understanding of our situation and have proven the value of great customer service. I rarely give a review but decided to as the service and care of Harmen and Chris and Power Vac was excellent and beyond expectation! Harmen was very helpful and very pleasant, asking if I had any questions (because he loves questions!). All my questions were answered thoroughly and any concerns addressed. Although they ran into extra work as the air ducts had previously not been connected properly, they fixed them and took the extra time needed WITHOUT any extra charge!! The price they quoted was exactly the price we got. As well, now the furnace is turned on, the air feels noticeably cleaner than the last few years. When the furnace was turned on the air felt as clean as outside! I would highly recommend Power Vac and have already been doing so with friends!
