Had a 10am appt booked - at 10:30 I texted and messaged but received no response. I figured they were running very late and thought it was quite unprofessional to not message they were late. At 10:40am I asked them if they were coming. No response. Then at 11:10am I had still received no message from them and texted and messaged that I was canceling the appt. By 1:30pm I had still not received a response. I am blown away by the unprofessionalism of this business. I do NOT recommend this business.
