We have been using Merry Maids now for almost a year, in two different homes. We love that we have a regular schedule, and they come as planned. There are 2-3 people so the cleaning is done quickly, in and out! I love coming home to a clean house, and with a note letting me know extra attention was paid in certain rooms. Anyone that cleans peoples' homes deserve a round of applause. Having said that, Merry Maids doesn't deserve a round of applause, they deserve a STANDING OVATION. The cleaning situation that they did for my sister was post hoarding and the apartment was quite dirty. They did such a great job that you couldn't even tell that it had been a hoarding situation. Sparkling clean. They even ran the dishwasher and cleaned the walls.

Highly recommend! I called in a panic and they were able to come the very next day. We were preparing to list our house for sale and I spent too long decluttering and ran out of time to clean. They really saved my bacon! They did such an amazing job, and thought of everything. The cleaners went above and beyond and our house has never looked better.

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because the cleaners did a good job on my move in cleaning and my issue was solely with the office and their communication. I had a cleaning booked for 11 and was advised the cleaners would be there around 11. That was fine and completely understandable that they may be a little late. A few minutes after 11 I called for a timeline and they advised they would be another 20 minutes or so as they were finishing up their last job. That was fine so I waited about half an hour and gave the office another call. They touched base with the cleaners and I was told they were a few minutes away. Nearly half an hour later the cleaners showed up. At no point did anyone ever call me and I was always chasing people down for updates. After I left the cleaners to do their job I gave the office a call to explain the situation. I was told they would look into it and call me back. I never heard anything back and I eventually received a call from the cleaners that they were nearly done the job. At that point I gave the office a call to see what the updates were on my complaint. This time I had a different woman talk to me and she was insulted I was even asking for anything. Apparently around 11 meant that an hour late was fine and there was nothing they would do. This was a move in cleaning so I don't live there yet. I had to sit waiting for an hour for people to arrive with zero updates or communication from the office that wasn't initiated by me. Your website claims a 100% satisfaction guarantee but at no point did you deliver on that. You claim that "Simply put, if you’re not happy with any element of your experience, just call us within 24 hours. This way, we can even return to correct any issues, absolutely FREE." I guess the guarantee is for show and there's no follow through on that.

Merry Maids came to clean my house after I moved out and did a great job! The office team resolved a minor billing discrepancy quickly and without question as well.. I can’t give a 5 this time only because they were late arriving and the main bath wasn’t cleaned as well as the other 2 but I would absolutely use them again AND definitely recommend this company end to end!!! Very happy that they were able to get everything completed in 2 hrs! I am pregnant and just was not able to do the deep cleaning myself. House was sparkling and smelt very clean and definitely ready to move in! Very happy with the service. Really considering having regular cleaning done in the future.
