They are really good customer service, helping with machines and replacing change if the machine fails for any reason, which is pretty rare. They also have a great dry cleaner, saved my labcoats from some bad spills! A nice and clean space, just make sure to dress light on hot days!

Could be cleaner. Staff was friendly. All of the $5 front load machines have dings in the holes of the barrel which could snag your clothes. I used the larger machines instead, but they were $7 a load. Also, no WIFI.

Great customer service! A bit costly.. $4 for a small load, $5 for a medium and $7 for a large. Drying is 25 cents per 5 mins.

Firstly the rate of the was dry fold service is 1.39$ a pound which is very expensive compared to competitors in this city, with that said I accepted the higher rate hoping for a quaility wash, 50lbs of clothes later and 80$ I have an entire wardrobe of shurnken clothes. I myself am a large and took a lot of new clothing, I had a 2XL long sleeve that was shrunken so bad I had a friend (Who is a small in size) try it on and he couldn’t even raise his arms to be level with his shoulders with out showing his belly button. I’ve also contacted the head office with an email with zero response. Will never do this again... -5 stars.

I’ve used King Cleaners for awhile for shirts and suits and they always do a great job with a smile, but last week they really came through. I had a high end sleeping bag that was my mother’s and it smelled really really bad from years of cigarette smoke, in a tiny apartment where she lived. The team at Kong cleaners gave it back smelling new! Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service. I was given a quote and a receipt and then they charged me more upon pickup, said they reviewed the items and they didn't think they would make enough off of it. Then the second time the same thing happened this time they said it's because they should have charged more for having multiple colors in my laundry. Such a shady business. Costs are already above average and then they are ways charge more than what they say, find alternate cleaners!!!

I have just got home from going to the store on Gordon Street to wash my queen size comforter. The store is very cold and while I was waiting, the girl working there came over and asked me if I thought the temperature in there was 16 degrees or less because she didn't have to work if it was. I told her I didn't know but it was definitely cold. When my wash was done, the stains on my comforter were still there and I went to ask her to come and see them so that she could tell the owner. She was on the phone talking to someone about the temperature and asked if I could wait. I said sure but after a few minutes I walked back to the counter. Another customer was there, she was no where to be seen and the other customer rang the bell several times. She came out finally and took care of him and mumbled something to me. She was upset, I assume from being cold and I started to tell her about a time a few years ago...that was as far as I got. She said I don't want to hear any stories and started to walk away. I said I'm trying to be nice and she said "You're not being nice, you're being demanding!" I am still in shock. I said I just wanted her to see that the machine didn't do the job. She walked over, never even looked and yelled how much money do you want! I said I don't want any money, I just wanted you to see it so you could tell the owner. She said he never does anything. I took my soaking wet comforter and came home. While I was there, one customer complained about a dryer that didn't work and when I first came in, a customer was complaining about some alterations (I think). The place also had a bad smell. I won't be back...ever!

The two times I have used this dry cleaning service the result has been outstanding. I was impressed as well with the snappiness and professionalism of the people who work here. The results with my suit were as expected. They also have a drive through window for pick up and perhaps drop off.

Dont go here, they destroyed my canada goose jacket, all the loft on the inside was noticeably clumped together and the smell i had originally asked to be removed (which is all i wanted done and specifically mentioned it) it was still there, i tried to show the lady and told her to feel all the clumped up down and she refused, acted like she didnt even know what down was, she kept saying " i dont have the intelligence to answer your question" then why are you working here you old hag.

I used to drop off my laundry at another laundry mat, convenience, low cost... One day it was closed and I reluctantly went to King Cleaners on Gordon... needless to say, I only do my laundry there now. Great location, friendly helpful staff, good rates.
