We had used their services to get our eaves troughs cleaned after the fall leaves dropped. This should for $100+ come with a guarantee that they ACTUALLY clean out the eaves troughs properly. Not the case, some how months after all the leaves were long gone and nothing left to actually clog the drains, much of our eaves troughs were completely jammed solid and requiring another full cleaning service. This makes no sense to start with, however this isn't half the problem. We attempted to contact them and ask if they had any guarantee for the services provided. We were met with the rudest, most ignorant and unprofessional receptionist that effectively told us to F off. She said too bad, many people have to pay for the same service twice a year, without any logic or reasoning as to how they clog a second time when there aren't leaves to clog it after the first time. Their company policy is clear and concise, Don't clean it well the first time so you can force the customer to pay twice. Worst actual service and the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would never recommend and will never go back. Response to owner: Since I can't figure out how to reply to your response I have to do it this way. I don't have anything wrong, I only called for the quote as a means to get the name of the secretary because my parents had forgot her name. I know for a fact I have the right place because my parents have used you multiple times before, until now at least. When my mother calls me almost in tears because the treatment she received from the person over the phone then I'm going to leave a review such as this sorry if that doesn't please you. This is the only way to hold anyone culpable for the things they do nowadays and sorry if now you care when you clearly didn't at the time.

Windows were cleaned and I was pretty happy with them until I noticed, in the evening, that they missed the top two inches of a second story window. I contacted them and told them. Excellent response in fixing it. Some issue with payment as well. Credit card number was taken incorrectly and it took several tried to connect with them to give them my credit card number. I was diligent about when to reach me and when I would call but it took a week to get it taken care of finally.

Often (with new windows) the plastic residue that is left behind from the protective screening can be a nightmare to remove. Huber windows team hand scraped every single one before cleaning!! I contacted Huber Window Cleaning about their eavestrough cleaning services in early October, to have my rental properties serviced. Craig set me up and said they would be around in mid November to get the job done. That time came and after a couple of rounds of fall weather holding things up, I called Craig, who assured me they would be coming. They did just that a couple days later, which was relieving because the last thing you want is a gutter full of leaves over the winter. To make a long story short, Huber's crew did a spectacular job at both properties, leaving me no choice but to have them come back next year! Ryan did a great job of power washing our decks and trellises. They were looking very stained with years of accumulated dirt and green residue from the surrounding trees. We really didn't expect the pressure treated wood to come up looking like new. It didn't, but the result was as close as we could possibly hope for! Ryan certainly knows his job. It was like watching an artist at work. He almost seemed to be painting on a new finish rather than cleaning off the old stains. We had heard that you can do a lot of damage to the old wood if it is not done carefully, and we are very happy to have (almost) new looking decks stairs and rails. Very Disappointing, Crew arrived at around 8:00am and left before 10:00. That is simply no where near enough time to do a quality job. They used dirty rags and left grey streaks all over the windows and window frames. The window casings were not cleaned of mold or anything. The screens are just as dirty as they were before. A few windows were missed entirely and others had to be cleaned at least 3 times. Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired and I will definitely not be recommending this to anyone. For $450, this was a blatant rip off.

Everything about the experience was positive and professional. Customer service and satisfaction is most obviously a high priority for HWC. All of the questions that we left via voice mail or email were promptly answered with a phone call. Every effort was made to accommodate our schedule. Bert and Jake were the two men who did the actual cleaning of the windows and they were punctual, polite, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to please the customer. While cleaning our upper interior windows, Bert actually used a broom to remove cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling that we could not reach.
