Carpet cleaning caused damage to the hardwood underneath. This was also after the service was increased on site, and the the recommendation was made based on a carpet replacement being 3 times more than the actual value. When contacted about the damage, the owner was unhelpful, denied the damage, and has not returned calls. It has now been almost 2 months since the work was done, and we were forced to replace the carpet and repair the floor that was damaged by their cleaning.

Excellent excellent service!! They were able to reverse the damage I had done to my thick area rug (tried to wash it my self), and managed to get the moldy smell (that came from being wet for too long) out of the carpet. This was after HomeDepot had cleaned it for us without success. I appreciated that they gave me a heads up ahead of time of what to expect, but exceeded my expectation in the end. The area rug is good as new. Thank you!! I will be using your services moving forward.

Due to COVID several competitors were delayed in responding. Chem-dry responded right away. Lucky they did. After having the “clean my ducts” I received quotes from the other vendors. I was shocked to find that Chem-Dry charged me double from the other quotes. Chem Dry sold me a sanitization if my ducts for a whopping $100 extra. The other vendors don’t even charge for it because it costs less than 25 cents. Chem dry charged me an extra $80 do clean my dryer vents. Competitors quoted an extra $10. I raised concerns with the owners and was basically called a liar. Since I change my furnace filters on the first of every month, the picture shows how much stuff was not cleaned. If they actually cleaned my ducts I shouldn’t see anything in my filter. Hmm not sure how to add a picture but let me assure you my filter was full. Save your money and use a more reputable company for duct cleaning

Had a 2 year old couch cleaned. Couch looks the same as it did before cleaning. Tech rated the couch a 2 out of 10 for level of soilage which is probably why there wasn't much effort put into the cleaning. There are very obvious spots that look like they were never touched. I received an email the following day asking for me to review my experience. I reached out to Carl (owner) via text and let him know I was not happy with the results and would like to discuss vs leaving a bad review. I did not get any reply. The next day I received another email asking for a review. This time I replied to the email again explaining I'd like to discuss further vs a negative review. Again no response. So I was forced to leave a review explaining my experience and what I feel to be poor customer service. Immediately I received an auto generated response saying "sorry to hear that" etc. Next day I got a more personalized email from Carl saying they'd like a chance to make the experience top notch and asked what I'd like to see happen. I replied back saying I'd like to have the job completed and to discuss further. Here we are a week later and again I have not heard a peep. Customer service doesn't appear to be a priority here. I would never recommend this company for any cleaning services required.

Very disappointed with this company. Over the phone I was quoted at $200 max plus tax to clean my carpeted stairs. We decided to go with them since it seemed pretty standard. Two workers showed up to do the job early when we were out (outside of the time window) which disrupted our plans. I rushed home and they quoted us $680!!! I felt very rushed and pushed to just go with their quote since the other guy had started before I even signed the papers! It was way more than we expected and I was disappointed with how much pressure they applied to me. They did not show me evidence of the necessary 'pet treatment' since they did not show me where their blacklight showed spots. When I seemed hesitant they also stated that it would cost me $2500 to replace this carpet. I immediately spoke to a contractor who said absolutely not it would be about $1100 plus tax. I might as well have gotten new carpet! I will never go with this company again. I am very unimpressed at how unprofessional they were. They need to update their policy to provide a true quote before work has started and I should have had time to consider it or say no.

I used Chem dry to clean the carpets in my new house. Carl was very professionally and helpful, he set my expectations at the start in regards to the stains in the carpet, but managed to get most of them out! I was also very satisfied with my choice to use Chem-dry when Carl showed us the color of the water after he cleaned the carpets ????. I also appreciated the in home area rug cleaning service. It was nice to have a couple options to choose from to get my area rug cleaned rather than only one expensive out of home option as I found when I was researching getting my area rug cleaned. Carl and Dave were nice, polite and worked hard. I know they had a challenging day with equipment malfunctions that made them late for my appointment. They still struggled with equipment and did their best but I feel they hurried through the job trying to get it done before the natural light in the room disappeared. When I spoke to Heather in the office, she said that she would have the guys come back the next week. When Carl and Dave came back they went over some of the areas I was concerned with and now the couches look great. I would have given 5 stars if they could have completed everything the first visit. We had a excellent experience with all of your staff and the work performed. If I recall correctly I spoke with Rachel to schedule my appointment and she was great. We had a large oily stain on our upholstery which we tried to clean ourselves and just made it worse.
