Marc was friendly and patient, explaining his service and the products he uses and why, and answering all my questions, even providing the MSDS for the product he would use. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, he arrived on time and assessed the job in person, agreeing that it matched what I'd described on the phone. Performed the work quickly and professionally, and the result is exactly as he described. Absolutely wonderful, would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Marc was very professional and attentive to our needs from the start. We were dealing with 15+ years of cigarette smoke in a house being put for sale. He guided us through the cleaning process, including a special ionization/ozone treatment for 24 hours which helped greatly remove odours on all walls and surfaces. It's not cheap to do this kind of process, but in the end less than what we also paid for the manual wall cleaning to a different company prior. If you are struggling with this kind of restoration problem, I highly recommend his company.
