This is a great company. New to GP. Had them out to do vents and dryer vent. I was really impressed with the technicians and the customer service. Because I had a local company install an air conditioner a few years ago they screwed up the front of my furnace it wouldn’t fit properly. Unique had a heck of a time getting it to stay on the same problem I have every time I have to clean furnace. And I thought it was because I was inept!! Turns out it wasn’t me and a big thank you to Dylan for taking the time to come over on a Sunday to put the front back on and explaining the issue. Once again Unique Duct and Furnace Cleaning thank you for a great job. You are definitely going to be my go to for this service!!!!

Best furnace cleaning my furnace has got!! They used the brush system to clean the whole hvac plenum!! the inside and get the walls. Then blow out the dust. Even found a dead mouse Huge difference! Wow what an incredible company! They give a new meaning to duct & Furnace Cleaning. We had them into our home in January when the weather was terrible outside, they brought the machines inside my home meanwhile being able to keep the doors closed & the cold air out, Unlike other companies. The company we had clean our system 2 years ago did a terrible job, they came into our home ran all the hoses through my front door leaving it wide open.. come to find out all they did was blow air down the vents (not cleaning them) what so ever, come to find out that’s what most companies in Grande Prairie do.. Unique brought a very high powered brush cleaning system into the house that they use to clean out the vents, very very happy with the friendly service & the results! If you want the job done right I’d say look no further.. Thank you so much unique for the amazing service and friendly staff! Will be booking with you again in the future.
