Seemingly willing and ready to help to complete the work. Was able to come in and remove the damaged portions of our house due to a water damage issue; however, getting them to complete the job and honor the quote with detailed labor that was provided has been a head ache. No clean up after the restoration from an outside contracted company completed. Finishing touches to complete the job right are still not complete after 6 months in process. While the promise much, they needed to be reminded, "nagged" and a lot of follow through to deliver the bare minimum of job completion and satisfaction. I will not be using Service Master in the future.

Justin with Service Master went above and beyond handling our water damage incident. His guys were in and out and they were very professional. He gave us realistic time lines and kept us in the loop all the way from start to finish. When we had some small concerns with touch ups, he came back in and his guy went above and beyond to make things right. Very impressed with the level of service, and would highly recommend for any home insurance issue.

Worst experience of my life very unprofessional at extremely disappointed in management!!! Was told to f off by one of the employees in my own home!! Extremely unprofessional and walked out in the middle of a renovation!! Do not recommend this company to anyone that would leave anyone stranded in the middle of a renovation!! If anyone has any questions on how unprofessional and inconsiderate this company is there more than welcome to contact me!!???????? I've been doing renovations myself for over 25 years and could not believe the unprofessionalism of this company!! I believe this is a company that just rips off insurance companies and takes advantage of the hard-working men and women of this town ????

The company was so helpful and gave us great advice! We had a water line from our fridge break creating a flood to our basement. He was super helpful and advised us over the phone on what to do. Then he came over and took a look to make sure we didn’t have any further damage. Thank you so much and if I ever need services like this again you will be the first person I call. Just had an excellent experience with this company! Justin had a crew out to handle the issue on the same day! it was important to my team that our customer be taken care of ASAP and Justin made sure that was done! 10/10 recommend them for the communication and service that I received! we had an exterior wall that is insulated with asbestos (granuals) and after a puncture it was falling out onto the ground, Service master not only went above and beyond to have this done properly and over specification- they communicated very clearly so we understood it was safe and taken care of.
