Feb 2021 - 2 years later and I have no regrets calling this company again. And I plan to call them for my next cleaning in 2023! I had Ken & Kale this time around and they were just as phenomenal and professional as the last team that was here. Informative, attentive, considerate, and very POLITE! I was really impressed with these two. They moved their equipment through my home with utmost care. Explained everything to happen in detail. And I loved that they gave me a warning every time their would be a loud noise that might scare my pets, whether it be their gigantic ghostbuster-tank vacuum or a hiss of a hose. They even WIPE THEIR FEET! No, seriously! Like really really good. Outside and inside, they do it all. They were even careful to stay on the rug and not get any boot juices on my hardwood floor. Lastly, one of these guys I swear was a DOG WHISPERER. One of my yappy dogs who hates everybody LOVED this guy to death which is bizarre to me. Bottom line, I recommend them 100%. Grande Prairie's Purair branch is easily the best, friendliest, and most prompt service company I've encountered in the last decade. Did I mention these guys arrived ON TIME and ACTUALLY notified me 30 minutes before their arrival exactly? Who does that!? Dec 2018 - Review Below Top tier service. Knowledgeable professionals. Clean. Excellent pricing. Wow. Just wow. I have never had a more positive experience when inviting technicians of any trade into my home. From the friendly phone voice that greeted me when making an appointment (in the same day I might add) to the nicest, knowledgeable technicians Amanda and Adam. This team of two had a great energy, were great with my pets, and knew exactly what they were doing. Amanda listened to all my concerns, had an answer for each of my questions , and recommended products I would've never known about which were a great benefit. One thing that was cool was Adam explained to me exactly what he was doing while cleaning and how the hoses worked. He even let me see what came out of my furnace! Totally worth getting your furnace and vents cleaned, people! And if you choose to do so, I 100% recommend this company!

Communication was good. Booked online & got to choose my time. Received a conformation email with all the information I needed. Received a phone call 15min before they showed. When they arrived, they explained everything they were doing and what they were looking for plus gave the total amount of bill. I would have given 5 stars if everything in my basement wasn't covered in dust.. had I known I would have put poly up around my furnace (and upstairs I would have covered the puzzle I'm building as that's pretty dusty too, and a pain to wipe..) First time homeowner having this service, so might be normal. I would recommend! UPDATE: I was contacted and was informed dust was not normal. They came back to make sure it was cleaned properly, and offered me a dryer vent cleaning for the trouble. They made it right again. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned. Very professional and customer orientated business. Thank you!

I used Modern PURAIR's services for duct cleaning in my house in Clairmont in early December 2020. My prompt for hiring duct cleaning services was due to the system being due for regular maintenance as well as we were noticing poor air quality in our house (waking up in the morning coughing, frequent eye irritation etc.) I was very happy with the services all around, staff were super friendly, on time for the service appointment (even calling to give notice that they were on the way) and transparent about pricing. They explained each "extra" service available, explained the pros/cons and necessity of each service and did not push them on us at all. We ended up choosing to ad on the bathroom fan cleaning service and it has VISIBLY helped control moisture in the bathroom the past couple weeks! (the internals of our fan were embarrassingly dirty once the guys opened it up and showed us) The guys were really good about explaining how the whole cleaning process worked and showed us the before and after of how much stuff they collected from out vents. Really nice to be shown that! they cleaned each area they worked in thoroughly. we've noticed a difference in our quality of sleep and have less allergen irritation in the weeks since the clean. We had Ken and Aaron preforming the services at our home and couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you guys. Definitely recommend.

Modern Purair cleaned our HVAC system which hadn't been cleaned in 30 years. They did a fantastic job. The before and after pictures were a great resource to show our staff. Adam explained the process very well and talked us through all the pictures. We were provided with a NADCA certificate and will receive a follow up call in a couple years. The Appointment Service was easy to deal with. The whole cleaning process was very good explained upfront. Appointment reminders were send out to me via text and email. The two technicians Ken and Aaron were on time, explained the process again, offered additional services (I totally recommend the dryer duct cleaning), and worked really clean. Because we scheduled an appointment with our friends next door for the same day, we got another 10% off. Do I recommend this Service Company? ABSOLUTELY!

I have never had a furnace cleaned to the extent that Val did. He took hours to clean every duct and washed every vent until they were gleaming! I was stunned when he showed me the amount of dust and dirt that his vacume had removed from my house! If you want an extraordinary job done ask for this man by name. The vents hopefully are clean. I was very disappointed that after a long day at work I came home to a big mess outside on my decorative rock from them cleaning out my dryer vent. It was a shock to see that though one place was cleaner they had only moved the mess to another place and I still had to clean it up.
