We had our carpets cleaned. I'd recommend them for general carpet cleaning (stains/odour) but not necessarily for deep cleaning carpets (dog hair/lint and fabric pills). The Good (Why They Got Four Stars): They were quick to get back, quick to book, arrived right at the scheduled time, and the guy who did the carpets was friendly and professional. The surface level of it was great and it smells clean and if we had any stains (which we likely did) they are now gone. The Not So Great (Why They Lost a Star): Looking it over there was still bits of string or lint/pills (pretty obvious since it's different colours) here and there which I would have thought would have been sucked up by a professional grade vacuum. Why I Wouldn't Recommend For Deep Cleaning: It definitely isn't a deep clean, at least not where dog hair and lint/pills is concerned. To their credit, looking back at it, the site just says odour and stains. On the other hand, the guy cleaning the carpets could have mentioned something about the process not working on those things when we walked through the areas to be cleaned (especially since I pointed out a spot when asked about stains/concerns) or after it was done. We have some spots where lint and dog hair has gotten pressed into the carpet (stairs mostly and some other places) and their methods just didn't seem to clean that at all. I understand what they do to clean the carpets likely doesn't target those things but I had thought they would (It's my first time having carpets cleaned so apparently I was wrong on that). If your issue is just dog hair and lint/pills buy yourself a rubber broom. It'll take some effort but it'll be a better result for those kind of things. Alternatively, see if another company offers brush/rubber broom/whatever deep clean/scrubbing. Edit: As recommended in the reply to this comment I tried vacuuming after everything was dry. The little bits got sucked up, which didn't surprise me (as well I noticed that the edges , right against the wall, really needed a going over so I'm not sure the vacuum gets close enough?), but the stairs and spots mentioned above saw no change. Scrubbed with my rubber broom and vacuumed some more and achieved better results. The chemicals may have played a part in this but definitely didn't just lift everything out since I did have to scrub quite a bit (These aren't easy to clean spots, I'm not saying they are, but it's the main thing I'd want to be cleaned in a deep cleaning). I also vacuumed the main area which seemed the cleanest and tried my broom on it after. Not too much hair or lint, but the broom did still bring up some with just a few quick scrubs that didn't come up with their cleaning or after vacuuming alone. It's pretty good, but it could pretty easily be better. So I stand by my review. I recommend them for stains and ordour but not necessarily deep clean. A deep clean on better maintained carpets, especially with less or no dog hair or lint/pills? Probably. But for something more tough I'd see if another company offers more intensive cleaning.

Julia and Megan were awesome! A tenant took terrible care of our home and EzBreezy saved the day! They were professional, prompt, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I've sold hundreds of properties as a Realtor previously and have included cleaners for move out/move ins and I can honestly say I've never had as good a pair of cleaners as these two. Update: Called Just now after not hearing back for 4 days. Was met with defensive dialogue from worker and myself. Perhaps it was a busy weeks end and the ladies “who answer all day” didn’t get a chance. I called the correct number the entire time with no response. Figured there’d be an answer Monday and there was. “Oh so you’re the guy on the google?” Yes; I’m the client with a large potential job who wished to touch base and left an informative review after not hearing back through Thurs-Sun. The star rating has been upgraded to 5 from 1 due to the fact someone picked up and explained themselves. I know their services to be quality, and perhaps it’s my own stubbornness and lack of patience in the face of days of calling that caused a hiccup. Definitely use them for what they advertise as they’re known to be top notch, just be prepared to wait if a weekend ????????????

I decided to use another company to clean my furnace this year! Ezbreezy arrived today on time, there team was extremely professional. I was impressed with the detail that went in to the whole process of cleaning the furnace and sanitizing of the vents. Jason and lyndin also advised us to get our dryer vent cleaned thank god! Oh your calling the rcmp over a bad review. I hope that goes well. Just a pro tip. Since you, you know, run a company and whatnot.... Maybe dont start a fued between your employees and start keeping confedial conversations.... confidential!!!! You have such a bad reputation for doing desperate ugly things like this already. So go ahead and do your thing over a bad review. But I left it based on my experience. You know what went down. I know what went down. And other employees both past and recently present know what went down. Lots of feedback of simular experience. Maybe try making friends outside of work. Instead of causing drama inside work to gain followers. Its not the most professional. Theres a very solid reason you can't keep employees. Do with this information as you please and maybe change for the better. The work is thourough but behind the scenes is still a mess.

When the cleaner did not show 30 min past booked time I called and asked about it. I was asked if I was sure because they didn’t have me scheduled. They rebooked for same day but then at new scheduled time called that it would be later. When tech arrived he slipped on my stairs breaking a wall sconce. At end of cleaning he called office about the incident but they said were too busy to deal with it at that time and would contact me later. To me when something happens at a clients house , that is a priority . End of day and I still haven’t heard from them. The tech was very nice and very apologetic but im worried how he will be reprimanded

On a first time clean in a tidy new house with two adults I found a poor quality of work done on a surface clean of my home. Found laundry room floor and wall left dirty, kitchen cupboard handles dirty, debris off counter tops wiped onto barstools, damage to the surface of a nightstand, and the crew drove on the lawn instead of on the vacant driveway. Overall I would describe it as a "quick clean up". It did not meet my expectation of a spotless clean and when I confronted them about my disappointment in areas with picture proof they took no ownership of fault but only responded that the crew had left it in a condition that met their standards. Unfortunately for me it was not close to satisfactory to have them come back to clean on a monthly basis.
