My one stop drop off for my covies. I have used Crouse's for the last 3 years and they have always had them cleaned in a day and spotless. On top of that I have had them repair zippers and holes. Prices are reasonable for both cleaning and repairs.

Crouse's Cleaners is locally owned and operated and internationally recognized through various awards and achievements. I am proud to call Crouse's my dry cleaner of choice. I have never had a bad experience anytime going in. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. My hubbies dry cleaning is always perfectly pressed. Which is a bonus for this wifey. No ironing or washing?! What? How awesome! Our comforters and sleeping bags are always just as fluffy as new! I've also seen how they package their wedding gowns to preserve them for generations. ???? Nothing but great things! David has even gave me the grand tour. Shown me the Crouse's difference. The woman serving me at the front desk was very kind and clearly explained their different processes for cleaning/pressing shirts as I have little knowledge on the subject. They shirt was in very good condition when I received it, and the price to clean and press it was very reasonable. I will definitely be taking my dress clothes here from now on.

I took my over 20 year old, yellow & stained wedding dress to Crouse's. It had not been cleaned after the wedding and was not in good condition. They did a beautiful job cleaning my dress, you can't even tell it was stained at all. My old dress is now white again and ready for my daughter to wear ???? I very highly recommend Crouse's!

missed same day pick up buy 1 minute however the 100 year old lady that walked in the door after me was told she could get her dry cleaning done for that day. I will be using Richmond Dry Cleaners located at 10006 101 ave #103 going forward as they have amazing customer service with same day pick and a 1030am drop off time. Sucked it Crouse
