They did not do a good job. Over used deoteriser, crunchy spots, where floors meet carpet still dirty. They use a portable steam cleaner, i know for fact the water does not get hot enough. I would not recomend this company to anyone. Now something is missing and we get attitude. They were the only ones i have let into my home. Thank you for making my place smell like purfume and wet dog. Big mistake hiring this company. Cheap price, bad work.

Aaa proclean did an amazing job. I had just bought a house and the carpets were disgusting. It was either rip them out if we couldn't get them cleaned. Aaa did the job so well. Our nasty looking carpet came out so clean we didn't have to replace the carpet! We will definitely be calling again for our spring cleaning.

These guys did carpets in our rental unit a few years ago and was just horrible my land lords were mad and thought I did it myself and said I faked the company and when the landlord tried to reach out to them to see if the company was real and to fix what they did or rather didnt clean. They kept blowing off my landlord saying that they would call her back and never would. Ended up having another company come in and do the drugs properly.

I booked an appointment for 930 am Tuesday. At 9:25 I received a text message that the lady scheduled to steam clean my floors was running late. No problem. Told her it was no stress. Then 15 minutes past the point of when my appointment was supposed to start I received a phone call, that due to a personal reason she's now actually unable to come and asked me to rebook. Very dissapointing as my suite was to be viewed in a couple of hours- hence the point of the steam cleaning appointment. I'm very understanding though and despite it being highly inconvenient I accepted the apology and agreed to rebook for the following Thursday. Wednesday night, I receive a text message at 8 pm. Stating that again, for personal reasons, the same lady would again be unable to come and steam clean my unit and asked for me to rebook for Friday. I have worked in customer service for 15 years. I very well know what it's like when a customer is careless with their words and hurts your feelings. Keeping this in mind, I chose my words very carefully, and made sure I wasn't rude. I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the level of professionalism I have received throughout this entire situation. I was not rude, I made sure of that. But I did express that I didn't know where to go from here as I keep getting cancelled on for personal reasons. Rather than an apology, or the offer of a third appointment, or any attempt at them resolving the issue... I instead was informed she was no longer willing to book me in with her and that I needed to find a different company to steam clean my carpets. What? Did I read that right? Also , this text message came at 11 pm on a weekday. Is this the new standard for customer service? Is it appropriate to cancel an appointment twice for personal reasons and then refuse the customer when they express dissatisfaction? Is it now okay to cancel an appointment 15 minutes after they were already supposed to be there? And then cancel the make up appointment at 8 pm the night before? Is it okay to text a customer at 11:00 pm on a week night? My final text from the owner was just received at 11:45 pm... how is that professional? This is my first negative review. I have never thought it necessary to waste my time saying negative things about other people. This crossed the line for me though, I am absolutely mind blown at the lack of customer service and the low level of professionalism from AAA Pro Clean

My carpets don't show how dirty they actually are. I have asthma and my son has allergies and I was so impressed to see the pet hair and dirt that came out of them! I would recommend AAA to anyone. Affordable and do an amazing job :)

Used AAA Pro-Clean for a move out clean and to get the carpets done based on reviews on Google. I am not sure how they have so many perfect reviews. I was charged for 11 hours work on a 1100 square foot house that was in fairly good shape to begin with. When we checked the work the walls were still dirty in spots the basement was not swept the bathrooms walls were streaky. I had to clean for about an hour to make it acceptable to the rental company. Also according to our lease they require a copy of the receipt for the carpet cleaning. They were very quick to take there payment but did not send a receipt. I contacted them at 4:30 for it with no response. Again at 5:30 and then 8:30 with no response. Our rental company actually said good luck getting a receipt as other tenants who used this cleaning company never got there's as well.

Its not often I leave bad reviews. I always give companies a chance to do the right thing. But here we are. I hired this company back in September 2019 to come to Fox Creek. They were on time and came the date scheduled which was perfect. I came and let them in and showed them what needed to be done and headed back to work. I didnt recieve a text or call stating they had finished and left. So I assumed all went ok. Well I returned home from work that night to the carpets still stained. I was not pleased as I paid for a service. I contacted the company first thing the next morning. The stains had apparently resurfaced based on our photo comparisons. The company offered to return to Fox and honor a FREE REDO. Awesome right?! Nope. We chatted a few more times between then and now and this is where we are now. Apparently they advertised in Fox Creek 5-6 times since the first clean and they cant find anyone else in town to make the drive worth it. As a customer who has already paid to have my carpets cleaned and the offer of a redo was made it shouldnt matter. They agreed to come back to Fox Creek to honor the free redo. It's not my fault if they cant find enough people. I shouldnt have to chase them down and wait months after the fact. It's now June 2020 and were moving unexpectedly for a family emergency and they still havnt come to redo our carpets. It's always the same response ( we dont have enough customers to make it worth it) like why bother saying you will come even the first time if it's such a hassle or so out of the way?! They have backed out completely and didnt think to contact me??. So now we have to hire a new company to finish what AAA pro clean started and refuses to finish. So very disappointed in the customer service I've received along with the quality. Note: I also kept all the messages incase they try to turn this around and make me look like the 'bad guy' and I'm also in all the local FB groups in Fox that people post services/ads and not ONCE did I see any of these 6 listings. So they couldnt have been trying very hard to advertise in Fox Creek. Especially since I posted today for a WC carpet cleaning company whos coming and already have a few people interested to split the bill. Dont waste your money.
