I called there today to help solve a white water Mould issue. I will be going in later to get my supplies. I called before the store was open (unknowingly) and she answered the phone! The lady was very knowledgeable. One pool company wouldn’t answer their phone the previous day, one was very condescending(never heard of white water mould) and another (who was very nice) had never heard of white water mould. I haven’t had a good experience with the pool repair guy from leisure but I’m pretty sure the work independently from Leasure pools, they just give out their numbers.Even though leausre pools is the furthest one from me, I’ll be giving them my business!

Bought my first Hot Tub here the first time I walked in. I could have saved up to $1000 for other tubs I researched, But, not only were the features of this model explained to me fully during my visit, BUT, so was the treating, and the warranty, plus, a significant discussion to determine why I most wanted the Hot Tub...ie health, pleasure, comfort etc. Felicia is the nicest, friendliest, most knowledgeable peeson I spoke to during my search over a 2 or 3 month period????????

Very poor service. Called last year 2015 the end of August to get them to come up to check our pool. We had a whole in our liner. They told me they were busy and to keep the pool open because they had to have the pool full of check for the whole. I called them every week until the end of Sept. The girl would tell me on the phone. That we were on a waiting list. They had other customers who had to be taken care of first. And every week we were told that they would be up the next week. Well they never came yet. It is July 2016. I must say though. We bought our pool and hot tub from Lagoona Pools and they closed out two years ago. We were buying all of our supplies from Leisure pools.. We will never buy anything from them again. The staff actually rolls their eyes at you when you ask them a question. "The guy hides in his office. The girl the black hair rolls her eyes all the time. And the big fat girl rolls her eyes and takes a deep breath and walks away. The only one down their that is great to deal with and is a friendly as can be is the little blonde girl. I highly recommend anyone thinking of putting a pool in or hot tub. To buy at another company. Also the hot tubs they sell are Hydro pool hot tubs. They are the only company in Sydney who sells these tubs and parts for them. We had to have a hot tub serviced this year 2016 and I did not even bother with them. We had someone out of Sydney who came to service the hot tub. And are some glad we did not have to call Leirsure Pools. CROOKS only HAS A STAR BECAUSE THIS SITE WILL NOT LET ME POST THIS COMPLAINT WITHOUT HITTING THE STAR

Poor service. Waited weeks for a return call. Another friend waited for two months and finally hired someone else. Another friend has been waiting for a year for a fence repair. Too many people waiting for a reply. Some have simply given up. Recommend looking at other businesses for these services

While I have never shopped at this store, or any pool store for that matter, I have experienced both good and bad customer service . Judging by some reviews, I MAE, oops, I meant may be inclined to believe this store will not offer a good shopping experience. BUT, the first 2 words in GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE are GOOD CUSTOMER. And a GOOD CUSTOMER has every right to post a review based on their experience , but, when a so-called GOOD CUSTOMER refers to an employee in a deragatory way or rudely describes their appearance ( fat ) or actions ( rolling of the eyes ) I would definitely have to believe that this GOOD CUSTOMER's attitude, at some point, came into play. I apologize to these employees on behalf of polite , decent people everywhere . I am sure that not all of our shopping experiences will be perfect in the future, but, with the right attitude and less ignorance all of us GOOD CUSTOMERS can receive GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
