Just had my heat pump cleaned by Clean Air Atlantic. It was a very positive experience. Jasmine came in and did a wonderful job, she is very courteous and super friendly, which means a lot ,she definitely knows what she is doing and took the time to explain everything, she made sure everything was cleaned up before she left. Being new to the province we really didn't know anything about heat pumps. The owner came (sorry can't remember his name) and explained everything clearly to us and gave us a great quote. The guys that installed the heat pumps were great as well, very professional. Highly recommend them!

'All of our heat pumps run like new now' Which to be quite honest, before Jasmine came, we were talking about replacing our heat pump. Jasmine cleaned it thoroughly.. and now no issues. Really amazing actually. Before she came.. the issue was severe.. I had water spewing all over my sectional and laminate flooring. My couch also included 4 - 5 blankets getting soaked and my one dog's bed. The amount of towels, rags and blankets i had to wash over the 3-4 days of it acting up. So.. without any longer with 'all' the details... not a single drop of water now and it runs better than when we got it installed. So yes.. these guys are amazing and do a great thorough job.. saved us $1000's !! Thank you to both technicians they sent... Jasmine and I believe James. We had them clean 4 of our heat pumps. We will definately be getting this company to come again next year.. for probably all 7 of our heat pumps next time.

I had 2 people come to my home one for Duct cleaning and one for Heat pump cleaning. Mark did the duct cleaning and Jasmine did the Heat pump. Both were very good and very neat at their jobs and did it in a timely fashion. They also had terrific personalities. They were a pleasure to have in my home. I will use this company again.

Our heat pump had gone without a cleaning for 2 years. We started to notice a “musty” smell when turning the heat on. In comes Jasmine! She thoroughly cleaned the heat pump and brought it back to brand new condition. She was very knowledgeable about the products being used to clean it as well. Had an excellent experience with the professional Jasmine who came right on time for my appointment to have both of my heat pumps cleaned. Actually she was 5 mins early. She is so personable and efficient that she would be an asset to any company. Hope she never leaves this one though because my house smells so clean it squeaks. Lol. I will definitely be requesting her every year to do the job. She’s proficient and careful of her surroundings. I must say she handles the equipment with knowledge and ease. Jasmine gave up her Saturday afternoon to come out and thoroughly clean our heat pumps. She did an incredible job and we noticed a profound difference in the amount of air flow through the machines immediately after she cleaned them. She noticed that there was a significant draft in our downstairs unit because the person who installed it had not sealed off the hole to the outside. She offered to fix it for us, so my husband picked up the spray foam while she cleaned the other units and she sealed the hole!! No more draft! Jasmine was friendly and professional and a pleasure to have in our home! She even made friends with my two year old who was fascinated by her work and chatted to her the majority of the time she was hear. Highly recommend!!!

Hello, I had service done today by one of your employees, Jasmine. She did a fantastic job, very thorough, extremely clean and very efficient with her time. She had to clean 3 pumps that were original to my home, I just purchased the home in May, the pumps were 6 years old and never clean. Recently discovered mold in them. I called and booked an appointment and was very impressed with the service and the curteousy, politeness and professionalism of the employee. Thank you too her, the pumps work properly now.
