My experience at this business was very negative, and I will NEVER go back. Large washers and clean. ALL GOOD! However, all the dryers were stone cold! I asked for assistance. And also asked why the dryers were all cold? Answer was just nonsense. Only the dryer doors were slightly warm. What the actual HELL? I spent an absolute fortune, and ended up going home with wet clothes!!!!

An absolutely unreasonable and incompetent business. A relative's hiking bag containing every item of clothing he owned was dropped off in late October of 2013. Not only did Ashby Laundromat lose these items (or was incompetent enough to have them stolen), but they refused to comment, apologize, or investigate the matter for the owner of the items. They made no attempt to inform him of the theft/loss, it took multiple phone calls for him to discover what had happened. He and his spouse were banned from the property after coming down in person to inquire, and are unable to pursue the matter in court due to financial restrictions. I implore you, do not trust any valued items to this business.
