Love Chad. He's very knowledgeable, and personable. Will hang with you for a bit and tell you comedy stories about how bugs interact with each other so you get a small history lesson but he makes it funny. I have called him 3 times now for different reasons and he is always friendly. When I seen it was him that showed up today I was excited. He's my go to guy ???? He came right away and informed me of how this is happening why this is happening and what to do to prevent it and if I had any questions to call. He truly appreciates his customers.
