I'm really confused by the negative reviews listed here. Are you sure you are rating the correct business? Having employed Molly Maid Orleans for the past 2 years, I can vouch for their quality of service. I have my house cleaned once a month by 2 cleaners who arrive on time. They work about 1 hour and 40 minutes and then they are done. I have 2 cats, one who sheds a lot (!) and the house has many levels and is about 2300 square feet. Their cleaning practices are COVID-19 safe, they all wear masks and stay in a separate room from you. They give you your own cleaning supplies that stay with your home. You have the option of using your vacuum or theirs. The management is very clear in their communication with you and we have set expectations of how things will be cleaned and what they will do and not do. The employees have a consistent cleaning practice and what is noted in your first visit is always done. If you need to change anything, they will do that for you. For example, on a recent visit, I asked them to clean the interior of the windows for me, which they did gladly. They also guarantee their clean, so if something is not what you had wanted, you can call back and they will return or just adjust on their next visit. If you just hire one person, they will spend many hours in your home and they don't have training or proper supplies. I have hired MANY cleaners over the past 20 years, have had things stolen and broken. Cleaners have used chemicals on my wood furniture instead of damp wiping. I have even had maids take smoke breaks on my porch. I am happy to have built a good relationship with Molly Maid Orleans. Much respect to the staff and the owner and general manager for all of their efforts during the pandemic.

The teams that come to our home are always amazing. Full COVID protocols followed, they are fast, clean way better than my husband and I ever could (hahah) and with two cats they manage to remove all the fluffs left behind. Plus the products they use are not heavily scented which is nice as neither of can stand the overly scented products some companies use. Thx ladies!

I’ve been using Molly Maid Orleans for about 10 years. At one point I had 3 dogs and 3 cats. They always make my house look spotless. The staff are very friendly. Thérèse the owner and Michele the team supervisor keep me advised of any changes or delays due to weather. The team is always prompt and they love my dogs and my cat.

The results of using Molly Maid Orleans was extremely gratifying and profitable - after the cleaning it was like entering a new house - first of all the Molly Maid representatives arrived at the time that was suggested and followed all the Covid protocols. On my inspection, I was pleasantly surprised to see the level of details they had taken to get every part of the house absolutely clean. A few irritating spots that I was aware of were gone and all levels of the house looked clean and fresh as if new. I would highly recommend Molly Maid Orleans if you are a professional with limited time for house cleaning. The return on investment in relation to your time and cost is a profitable investment for you.

If you are looking for a good cleaning service that treats their staff respectfully and ensures that everyone is given fair treatment then this is not the place for you! I have never been more appalled by how I was treated when training for this job! They barely give you proper training and just throw you into customers homes on the first day! They really showed me that they do not care about their staff because every single maid I spoke to had a complaint about working for this company. When employees are not treated fairly, how do you think they will treat your home? They definitely won't care as much as someone who is treated with respect! For the sake of your home don't hire Molly Maids !

Terrible service, had three hours to clean kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 powderroom. The cleaners said they had cleaned everything, walked through and there was still toothpaste in the sink. All the light switches and walls were not touched. They said they cleaned the floors and yet there was still dirt and dust bunnies everywhere. Lots of excuses and no quality. Zero stars if possible. Only refund I got back from a $300 "cleaning was $19 because the cleaners left early.

They came for the new house I bought, the was painted an cleaned by the previous owner and it was vacant for couple of months Moly charged me $700, promised to specifically clean kitchen and drawers and cabinets, they did not do anything, I had to clean up all the kitchen drawers and cabinets myself, It was not difficult at all, Moly did not bother to even open the drawers. Such waste of money

I've been using cleaning services for over 2 decades including this one for over 5 years and they are by FAR the best service I've ever had (I would have written this sooner if I knew I could write one here for them). They always do a great job, consistently going above and beyond. I have NEVER had a complaint about the cleanings and we are talking about over 200 cleanings. The pandemic has reinforced this. The whole team has been very communicative and always willing to be flexible for me when they can. Everyone is very friendly and given that we see them now every week during the lockdown, they feel like a part of our family.
