We stressed from the beginning that we were looking for a reputable cleaning company that could meet all our needs because we had so many problems in the past with things being missed and skipped over in our house. Krisi (owner) took us on as a customer knowing these things. After a couple bi-weekly cleanings, when I pointed out a few concerns we had with the cleaning being done by the team, for instance things being skipped over, we were dropped as a customer, instead of the team owning up to their mistakes and making sure to correct them for the future. Very disappointed by how things were handled or for the better lack of, not handled. Would not recommend if you want to make sure your house gets done properly.

Cleaning was great; however, better confirm in writing your price. Was charged $300 for a two-person three hour cleaning, $50 per hour *per person*. The quote on phone was $50 per hour for the job. Won't be using them again.

I have been dealing with Euroshine for a 5-6 months now and I can honestly write that I am very happy with them since the start. Krisi (the owner) is kind and hard working and always goes above and beyond to help her clients (at least in my experience). The staff who have cleaned for me have also been hard working, friendly, courteous and reliable. If I can't be there when they come to my home, I leave a note and they always do everything I asked for - the way I asked for it - and more. For example I don't want scented products used, so they are careful with that. I wish all small service businesses in town were as good as Euroshine! :-)

Excellent cleaning company, Enviropure was pricey and a scam, Merry maids (I used them twice) was mediocre & poor customer service, Euroshine was cheaper than both! I highly recommend, FIVE STARS!!!!

I began with Euroshine after my last housekeeper decided to retire. I was reluctant to turn someone else "loose" in my condo. I have to admit that I had very high expectations and the first crew that Euroshine assigned did not meet my very high standard. The house was in terrible condition after past tenants moved out and just in under 3 hours they cleaned our townhouse of 1700 square fit perfectly, it was sparkling. Will definitely use their services again.

While Krisi and the team of two that did the actual cleaning were very pleasant and accommodating, we found the results somewhat disappointing. In preparation for renting an empty two bedroom condo that had recently been painted, we were looking for a one time cleaning. We were quoted a price of $55/hour/cleaner, not the $40 fee identified on a website, which seems excessive in light of the results achieved. After the cleaners left, we noticed that there were streaks on appliances and cabinets and small pockets of crumbs in a couple of drawers. Before the cleaning, the laminated kitchen and living area floor had a powdery residue from the patching of dry wall before the painting. After the cleaning, it looked better but would still need another couple of cleanings - as acknowledged by the cleaners - who had not brought vinegar that they said would probably help clean it. The problems we noted may have been attributable not so much to the cleaners but to the quality of tools they arrived with, e.g. a dirty mop head and cheap brands of cleaning products. Based on this limited experience, I could not recommend Euroshine.
