I was given specific dates for carpet pickup and drop-off. This company regularly did not show up for the pickup/drop offs and they would never call or text to let me know. 2.5 weeks for a small rug cleaning (that is not even perfectly clean) would not recommend this business based on its efficacy or customer service. edit - the company also called me asking me to take this review down and offering a discount after replying to the review pretending I never dealt with them (I certainly did). Dishonest.

Had tenants that never vacuumed (had a black Lab) and kids that spilled drinks. They also hadn't changed air filters even though filters were supplied. Ducts and carpets were a disaster. Spider came in and did an excellent and thorough job at a reasonable price. Superb service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed in the cleaning of our $$$ couch. Extremely faded after cleaning. One grey cushion in particular looks yellow. The company said they would try to rinse the fabric again but we decided against it in the end for fear of more fading..
