Not only was my home left in amazing condition, but it smelt so clean and I felt great using a company I know is using sustainable products. The Naturally Luxe team are evident professionals at what they do, and the care and attention to detail is masterful. They cleaned my baseboard spotless! I look forward to using their services again! We hired Naturally Luxe Cleaning to replace our previous cleaners who we were repeatedly unhappy with. Dalhsie came to our home to walk through it with me to hear about what our areas of concern were, how we like things done, etc. I can say with complete certainty that we have never been anything less than thrilled by the time they’ve finished with our home. We’ve never found any unfinished surprises through the house. Everything is always perfect and I can’t ask for more than that! They’ve never once been late, or ran over in time which is incredibly important when you’re running a business from home and have a schedule you need to stick to. I feel comfortable even during a pandemic that the team is being safe and not putting me at risk by having them in our home. I look forward to their visits every week!

Our house looks AMAZING!! Every inch of it is so clean and smells great. We have animals and need help keeping our space free of hair and dirt. This deep clean made us so happy, and we are definitely going to continue using Naturally Luxe Cleaning. This service came highly recommended and I can see why. I would encourage anyone to use Naturally Luxe Cleaning to make their house feel and smell fresh and clean. We have pets and a toddler so it made sense to go with a company that uses safe products. I filled out the online contact form and received a response email right away and was booked in the following week. The communication from this company is amazing. I knew exactly when to expect the cleaners. When they showed up, they were very friendly and professional. They informed us of the work completed. I got a follow-up email to ask about the services and it was super easy to pay the invoice to invoice online.

Prior to booking, they confirmed they service my area. Gladly took my payment for initial deep clean (which is mandatory and double the price) and also the first "recurring visit". Then very unceremoniously sent an email notification just before my next scheduled cleaning to say they no longer service my area. I am left with trying to find alternate provider on short notice. Horrible way to treat clients. The only reason for 2 stars is that the staff that were here were very polite.

Hired them to come in and clean a vacant 2 bedroom, 850 sq ft house. It needed some TLC for sure. The space is small, and should have been no more than a day to clean. They charged me 28 hours of cleaning and missed multiple spots. When I pointed the spots out they say they sent someone back to clean them, but still didn’t actually clean it. I sent pictures again and was basically told we put a lot of time into it, and it looks better than it did before (but still not clean?). I asked Brooke if she wanted me to send more pictures and she ghosted me. The amount of money they changed me ($1356) and here I am scrubbing baseboards myself (which was the whole point in hiring a cleaner). Definitely would never hire again, or recommend to anyone. Wish I had of checked the house out before paying the bill.
