Not recommended for one-time thorough cleaning nor for Move-In / Move-Out cleaning services. For almost $600 (later reduced by $50 due to unsatisfactory feedback) covering only 2200 sq ft of an empty house. The overall experience was disappointing to say the least. First, the appointment for the home evaluation/consultation was mis-booked so that my wife waited all morning at home for nothing. Then, they will not clean areas that one would reasonably assume to be part of the move-in/move-out service. The cabinets, whether in kitchen or washrooms, are not cleaned, even when they are empty as would be the case for move-in/move-out. Why bother asking me if it's a move-in/move-out cleaning if the services provided doesn't change accordingly? Appliances will not be moved at all so that any accumulation of dust and or other debris behind and/or around appliances like fridge, stove are not cleaned out. When they say they will clean the appliances inside and outside, the outside only include the surfaces that are exposed as they stand, they will not move appliances to expose surfaces to clean them. Where they did clean, they generally did a decent job; especially in making stainless steel and other metal parts look shiny again, but there are still missed areas on the floor or spots that they forgot to dust. Overall, for the cost, the services provided need a lot more improvement. For people who need nooks and crannies cleaned, this is not the company for you. Ironically, according to the company, the reason they charge so much is because the employees are bonded and insured; and, because of that, they are NOT allowed to move appliances. That basically means you pay more for less services.

I called in to request cleaning services from this company, and after being promised to be booked in the following week I was not contacted for another 2 weeks. After that I followed up myself and was assured service would be provided in the following week. 1 month later there had still been no contact from the company and no cleaners. After my final one month follow up the company offered no explanation for their lack of attention to my request and little remorse. I was completely ignored and felt extremely disregarded by this company and their staff. If you are looking for a prompt cleaning service or any cleaning service at all I would not recommend contacting this company.

Wouldn't recommend them. It was quite expensive and I had to have them come back because the job was so poor . They just pushed the dirt around into corners and edges. There was dead flies left on the living room floor. Maybe if you're just having a surface clean every few weeks theyd be ok but not for anything else. They did come back and re-do the clean (for which I had to take another part morning off work to meet them) and it was done better but the job was so poorly done in the beginning that I wasn't even sure I wanted them to come back. For over 350$ and only doing the living areas I expect more
