This is the most unprofessional, unreliable cleaning company I have ever dealt with. They have not shown up several times, show up at different times, don't call or advise you what is going on. They send bills for paid invoices. They are very difficult to deal with. I'd choose another service.

I would rate 0 stars if it would let me. Stay away from this company. They will leave your residence/business dirty when they leave, and most likey, you'll be missing some items or cash. Also, one cleaner (without mentioning names) will snoop through your private things. Horrible management coupled with sub par cleaners. Worst cleaning company EVER!!!!!!!

Disappointed. Given an invoice by site supervisor and then emailed another invoice for over $100 more shortly afterward. Almost 2 months after service and payment, we were sent an email stating overdue payment when payment was already etransferred immediately after service. Good employees, however management is questionable.

I hired their services prior to moving in my house, which was already relatively clean as it was empty and in showing condition. The more I looked I realized that very little had been done. Food residue in pantries, toothpaste in bathroom sink, waste stains beneath toilet seats and build up residue in bowls. They said they would send someone to correct it but never did. I would have done a better job on my own in less time, and they were there for hours. Not impressed, do not recommend.

Ladybug Sucks

So bad that it makes me wonder if their business is a scam. I had them booked (with confirmation of day/time given to me in writing) to do cleaning and they didn't even show up. No phone call. No explanation. Both Peter and Jennifer did not answer their phones when I tried to follow up. It's been 3 months and I still haven't heard from them.
