They do great work. That side of their business is 5 star quality. The reason I gave them 3 stars is the office side of things. They say they're only open from 9 AM to 2 PM and half the time you can't get ahold of them because no one seems to be in the office. Called ahead to make sure they would be there to drop of the check to pay them for their services and they said they'd be there till 2 PM. I stopped in at about 12:45 and again the place was empty. I would and probably will use their services again because of the quality of work, but I can't help but wonder how much business they miss out on because of the office shortcomings.
