I usually don't write reviews unless the service is exceptional or really bad! In this case, bad and unprofessional! The response was prompt and the person came to see what I needed to get cleaned (2 residential windows). That was it! Three days ago. Never heard anything from them again! I assume they thought it was not a "big" enough job, i.e. worth their effort. Totally unprofessional. So in response to your message: The subject of my very first message to you was "Window cleaning" and in my message I clearly indicated that I needed 2 residential windows cleaned. I explained to the person you sent why I can not do it myself. She nevertheless looked around and kept asking me if I needed walls or carpets cleaned, to which I said "no". She assured me that I would hear something by the evening. And left. It was a 5-minute visit. Three days went by and I never heard anything, up until I wrote the review. I can understand if it can not be done or if it is not worth to be done BUT getting no response and made feel bad about it on top of that... Well, you can see the point.
