A great experience Awesome service! I am Super happy! The owner is Friendly and professional! I had asked this company to clean my place that was super dirty. They came right away. Provided an awesome deal! It Solved the problem. It was stinking. Now it’s clean and every odour was removed. I am really happy about the responsiveness and the quality of service. This company is local, Which makes them easy to be very responsive. They had put a lot of effort and energy but totally nailed the issue! I loved the fact that the owner was there and provided some great advices. He explained all the process and took time to go over some issues that I didn’t think of. The result is amazing, the carpets look brand new now! I also got some advice about how to keep it clean and neat. I definitely recommend this company! Very cost effective and responsive. It saved me a lot of money. I would use them again anytime

As a landlord, I paid to get my carpets cleaned. They are about 6 years old. The two rooms measured approx 10 by 12 feet each. The base price was quite reasonable, however there were upcharges to use a "stronger" product which they recommend, and to come in on the weekend - both of which are reasonable. They were on time which is great, but were in and out within 5-10 minutes. I'm quite skeptical of the job that was done. In my opinion, the carpet cleaning did not help in any way. None of the stains were removed. I was told it was discoloration that could not be changed and that I would have to change the carpets. I was told that the area around the 'discoloration' had been bleached by the sun, which is why the discoloration looked so bad. When I contacted the company, they did come back to inspect the job that was done. I very much appreciate that aspect. I'm told they tried to use more product to get the stains out, but it was to no avail. Overall I would not use their services again. Would have been cheaper (and perhaps) better to do it myself with a rental machine. Here is the finished product.

The worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. After carpets were clean the dirty water was dumped right on our doorstep. I could not believe my eyes my partner told me to Just hush up. On top of that an empty detergent container was left on our kitchen container to dispose. Wow. Avoid this carpet cleaner services at all costs.After the carpets dried they were sticky and had a bad odor. We ended up renting a carpet cleaner/ steam machine from Lowe’s and redid all our carpets again.The amount of dirty water (as seen on the pictures below)and dirt that collected in the discarding container while we cleaned left us astonished that this carpets had been professionally cleaned.After recleaning our carpets the stickiness and odor on the carpet was gone the lowes rented cleaning machine made a night and day. difference to our carpets.Would NOT recommended Do it All Cleaning services.
