In the corners, dusting of the trim, switch plates, in between stair railings, the under side of faucets, picking things up to dust under them. It is just absolutely sparkling after! If I could give zero stars I would. We booked a military PMQ March out clean. Our house was extremely clean to begin with. Only the floors, baseboards, inside of windows and small bathroom needed to be cleaned. There was no appliances, and the house was empty since we had already moved out. The cleaner was left in the house for 3 hrs with instructions to clean the floor, windows, and bathroom. When we returned the windows and baseboards were dirty. The floor had been washed but so poorly that it still had visible hair and dirt on it. The toilet and sink were cleaned in the bathroom, but not the shower or bathtub. She stated it hurts her shoulder to clean a bathtub/shower and she didn’t bring bathroom cleaner. She suggested we go buy some Lysol spray ourselves and that we could probably clean it ourselves pretty quickly. When we asked her to then sweep out the leaves in the small shed instead, she said she didn’t bring a broom. The windows were not even attempted. We spent the next 2 hours cleaning the house ourselves, doing the job that we hired crown cleaning to do. I extremely regret hiring this company, who wasted our time and didn’t do their job at all whatsoever. Upon speaking to management they did not charge us, which is reasonable since no cleaning work was actually performed. I would not recommend this company to anyone, particularly not for a moving clean. I’m not sure what the cleaner spent her time doing for 3 hrs while she was in our house unattended, but it wasn’t cleaning. Choose a different company, this one is not reliable.
