I was concerned about the cleaning service possibly not being able to remove the musty odor from a very expensive mattress that came out of my old camper. I explained my situation when I called about services. They were fairly certain they could get rid of the smell. They not only removed the smell, they removed several small water spots. They were on time, pleasant and highly efficient. I am very pleased with their service!! I would highly recommend Anchor Carpet Cleaning!! The first call I made to inquire about cleaning services was to a competitor. The competitor said that I should just "throw the mattress away and get a topper from Walmart for the camper mattress".

Anchor Carpet Cleaning did a tremendous job while I was away on vacation. I received reminders and confirmation on when the job was completed which was a real bonus in my book. My carpets look amazing and I have 2 dogs. IF you have pets, I recommend the Power Package where they do a deep clean. I also had 2 pieces of furniture cleaned and I'm so happy I did that as well. I used this company years ago and had no idea they upgraded their equipment. They show up in a Mobile unit which carries their own water and they carry out the waste water accumulated from the cleaning. You can trust this company to do a great job at a very reasonable price. Two thumbs up :)

Easy to get a hold of. Moved out of an apartment and had to have them come in via my lease agreement. I wasn't there on the day they cleaned it but got a message saying that a package was outside my door. They put it inside and messaged me immediately. Very honest and pleased that they did that despite not being responsible for my mail. Went in to retrieve the package and the carpets looked amazing. Should have hired them while I lived there too.

Cleaning was ok ish. The “boss” is not friendly whatsoever. Would not recommend. Very rude/ attitude the entire time on the phone with him. Also the employees shake their heads and get frustrated when they don’t receive tips. So if you want to be robbed blind of just barely ok cleaning then I guess go here.

I recently used Anchor Carpet cleaning for my carpets. Let me explain about my carpets. I rescue pugs and 4 of them have trouble holding there bladder. So my carpets were a mess as you can imagine. They came in, very promptly, couldn't ask for a more courteous bunch of workers. They worked there buts off and when I got home from work. Looked like a new house. Fresh smelling. I contracted them to come once a month from now on. Very highly recommend.
