Do not hunt any further for a cleaning service. THIS is the team that is meant for you. I would like to check off all the top scoring points for All Ways Clean's service. Not only were they extremely quick in setting up an appointment but they were also very accommodating for me. I had to travel from out of town to meet with their team at the property that needed to be cleaned for sale. While I met them, and gave them a tour of the home pointing at stuff, I quickly realized that I only needed to provide them access to the house. They are extremely efficient, and have a perfected workflow for any style of property. I hung out with them for a couple of hours while I took care of other business, and I was impressed the whole way. Also, the team were very friendly and were fun to chat with during the visit. I was worried I may be distracting, but they absolutely work well WHILE being quite affable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends, nor would I dither at the opportunity to hire them again. I only wish that they also did business in the ottawa area.

With covid I have had a few last minute changes, with times/dates, they are always quick to respond and as flexible as possible. Getting my house cleaned weekly is such a treat, with the reasonable pricing it makes my life easier! Especially with home schooling/working from home. 5stars all the way!

Shady business practices here. First 3 months were fine, as auto payments came out as expected. Last 3 months with them NO payments came out, without my knowledge, only to have a surprise email from the owner demanding all payments immediately. Tried to get payment arrangements made but the owner wouldn't budge and threatened to get lawyers involved. Then waited 3 weeks to debit my account on child tax day SEVEN times without my permission. My car payments is going to bounce because of this and I've got no money for groceries. All because THEY didn't take payments out when they were supposed to and put the fault on the customer to correct. NEVER HIRE.

We had a number of problems with this company, similar to comments already posted below. Firstly, they overcharged us. While they quickly rectified the problem, they turned payments off entirely so instead of this being an automated process, we ended up owing quite a bit from past services rendered. Yes, we should have been keeping a closer eye, but there were no invoices provided to even advise that we had an outstanding balance. Next, scheduling seems to be a issue for this company. We agreed to a biweekly schedule. Second appointment, they never showed. Apparently, they booked us in for the wrong week. If this is an automated process, I’m not quite sure how this even occurred? They also showed up consistently late and, the final time, the owner tried to push the blame back on me to say that I wasn’t being “understanding.” Understanding is 15 minutes late with a quick message to say that they are on their way - they were over 2 hours late with zero communication. When working from home, we try to schedule our confidential work commitments around their services so if they are significantly late, this creates an unnecessary negative impact. This company also left without servicing multiple rooms in my home and only upon questioning it, did they come back. The only reason I am giving them a star at all is that they do a good job of cleaning - but this simply is not enough to overcome their multiple business failings, especially as “the best cleaning company in Kingston.” If you are looking for a reliable cleaning service, I would recommend looking at other companies.

We asked if they could do a last minute job the next day and were told by text, "Indeed we can at 8am". There was no communication for the rest of the day, no answers to texts or phone calls. When we asked for confirmation of the 8am start the day we needed them, we were told, "We can arrange a team to go in tomorrow afternoon (the day after we needed them), we did not commit to today". Now we have to scramble to find someone else. It's too bad, because the other reviews seemed so promising.

For over a year now we have had All Ways Clean do our house and our construction cleaning. Just recently we moved into a new office that they are cleaning as well. They continue to provide an excellent service with uncanny attention to detail and consideration for timely scheduling. Recently we had an issue and the owner made it a priority to resolve it and ensure all parties were happy. If you have ever gotten your home cleaned by All Ways clean you would know how impressive their attention to detail is…well I just got my carpets cleaned and they again have out done themselves…my carpets smell incredible!!! They look incredible!! And not only did they clean the carpets they made sure to tidy up afterwards, making sure the floors were ok and even my baseboards were looked after…I mean wow!!! I had All Ways Clean for the first time today and was totally impressed with the results! From the perfectly cleaned ceiling fans, to the floors and everything in between-it was wonderful. My pet peeve is DUST and all furniture is glowing! They even folded our dogs blanket on the floor so nice and neat! They also "found" my back scratcher that my grandson hid on us!! LOL! I really wish them the best of luck and appreciate them finally addressing, apologizing for the issues - Original Review below - I wish they had an option to have a negative star. This is an awful managed business. My wife reached out at least three times to Laura to get a charge reversed on our Credit Card for SERVICES THAT WERE NOT PERFORMED. Not only were they not reversed we were charged again this month, for cleaning services that were not performed. I am blown away how people can be so blatantly dishonest in the way they run their business. PLEASE PROCEED with extreme caution dealing with this company and owner.
