My experience was great - small carpet cleaning job. Quoted price was half of the first company I called. Good service, went out of their way to communicate and be professional, and of course, nice clean carpet. John was friendly as could be and put care into his work. For carpet cleaners in Fredericton I would recommend them.

Our previous cleaners retired so I hired this company to clean our commercial building. Very poor quality which is what you can expect when someone tries to clean a building in 20 minutes each night. I was very reasonable and gave several warnings but never saw improvements. Not good during a pandemic

I hired their services to clean our apartment after clearing everything out prior to moving. The floors were swept and that was it..... We requested specific cleaning instructions and were quoted on the cost based on our needs (Interior windows cleaned, cupboards cleaned and fridge cleaned) but nothing was touched. On top of all of that I asked the cleaner before I left how I should pay them and she said it was "taken care of already". Confused, I left and assumed they would reach out for payment but never heard from them again until a year after where a debt collector reached out to me for 100$, directly effecting my credit... No contact from crystal cleaning whatsoever. Felt absolutely scammed. There are far better cleaners in the Fredericton area, please give them your business instead.

Was quoted 40$ for area rug cleaning if I brought it in and $80 if they came to my house. I brought it in and they told me it would take 1 week. 3 weeks later I called asking for an ETA and they said they’d call back but never did. I called again the next week and finally was told it’s taking a longer time to dry. Once it was finally done I picked it up and the whole rug smelled like dirty socks. It smells 10x worse than when I brought it in. Then when I was sent an invoice they charged me $97 when I was told it’d be $40. Plus I have to throw the rug away because it’s so filthy. TERRIBLE service. Edit: Was refunded and offered another clean for free.

Not professional, not clean, a complete waste of money for us. We just bought our house and planned to have a professional cleaning company to do a deep cleaning for us. The previous owner left the house in an ok condition but there are still dust everywhere. When I made the phone call I explained our needs and offered that we can pay by hours if the cleaners need more time to reach our standards but it has to be done the way we want it to be done. It was agreed on the phone but it went completely opposite when they did it. Three people showed up, one with a mop and tow with cloths. They don't even bring a vacuum. They moped the floor and wiped the counter top. No windows, no fridge. Sills, edges, everywhere I checked, there was still dust. We talked to them several times and explained how we want it to be done but quickly realised that they will not do it our way. Then we were just hoping that they will not make our house dirtier than before so just let them do what they want. The whole time they do the cleaning, I don't see them wash the mop or the cloth . For a two story total 3000 sqft house, they finished in one and a half hour, and charged a standard move in clean price for $255, which converted to $57 per hour per person (before tax)!!! One person lingered at the doorway before leaving, waiting for tip, I guess. Sorry, we are not stupid. We have to clean the house all again by ourselves. Luckily, it dose not seem that they have made the house dirtier than before.

I have worked for this company for 5 yrs .. if cleaning is something you like to do .. I recommend ... they go above and beyond to try to cater to your needs of time and ability .. My house burnt in 2019 and Crystal Clean not only gave me the time I needed to rebuild ..they also held my job for me ...they didn't have to ... the owners and the staff did my work till I was able .. It's a family run company and that's what I love about it
