Fast and thorough service. I bought a used couch and got a great deal on it because it was so filthy. Sterling from Xtreme Clean came in and cleaned the couch and mattresses. He did a perfect job and the couch turned out looking like brand new! 5/5 stars and will call again next time.

Very rude changes prices even when they've done the house before several times he has lots of attitude when speaking to you and just overall very rude with the times were in and people struggling you think you would work with your customers not against them they definitely just lost a client.

This was an excellent experience! I am moving to a new place and had the gentleman come in to do the carpet in the basement of the old rental. He was polite on time and very pleasant to deal with. He did the carpet in the basement and the area rug at the front door, didn't ask for the area rug He just did it! I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need! It was quick and efficient and a wonderful experience!

My husband met Roy through an advertisement billboard. Roy arranged time to clean my husbands 3 room office downtown Medicine Hat. Roy was friendly and very accommodating!! He offered times to make it work best for the office building as there were other tenants there doing business as well. Roy's thought and care towards other people/clients carried through his actions by putting out necessary warning signage for people's safety while cleaning the office. We then had to have Roy return to "spot clean" a small area of the office (which wasn't worth much) however he did it without complaint offering "this is what I do, call me anytime". We then had Roy clean our personal home rug and futon. We now don't have to have the futon cover on anymore (which didn't fit to begin with). He got the spots out and even stated our daughter (who has asthma) and dog will be safe as he used safe products for them. Roy is now going to clean the office again for our annual cleaning. First Class Service and Care exudes from the man and business!!! Definitely serves with excellence! Call him today!

They were great! Super quick. Phoned me early to tell me that they would be a couple minutes late with an ETA. They do etransfer (no debit/credit machine) or cash. The carpets look and smell like new!

Thank you Xtreme Clean! Very impressed with the overall service! One of our rental units had carpet in one of the bedrooms and were left with a bad smell and dirt. We called Xtreme Clean and they were able to schedule us the next day. The work was Xtremely professional and he made sure the carpet was thoroughly cleaned and deodorized. We added as well 2 area rugs the last minute and he accomodated our last minute request. Highly recommend.

We used someone else before that quoted us cheaper, but then they tried to upsell us after, and they definitely didn't do as good of a job as Roy & Co. Excellent service! Sterling respected social distancing and wore a mask due to Covid-19, which is important to me. Did an excellent cleaning job on our stairs and our many area rugs. We have a large inside dog and our carpets need regularly cleaning to look and smell fresh. Have used Xtreme Clean for a number of years and each time we're totally happy with the end result!
