Booked our appointment online, received prompt email notification. Received a reminder email 2 days prior and another 1 day prior. Received a phone call from the area dealer (Troy) the day prior letting me the approximate arrival time. The morning of the appointment received another call from Troy stating they may be a little later than expected. I certainly appreciate the communication. The whole process was explained to me and the crew got under way. I will definitely use Troy and his crew again. Thanks!

Troy did everything the website said the service person was suppose to do. Troy called in the 15min to 30min time frame before arriving at my house. He arrived in his PURAIR service van. He was wearing his company uniform and quoted me the cost of the work that we both agreed to before he started the work. Troy was working with all new equipment which was nice to see. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Troy and I will be calling on him the next time I need my furnace and heating ducts cleaned out. I highly recommend calling Troy to come work for you. Troy took care of our commercial dryer vents that were far beyond due for a cleaning. Troy kept our exterior clean during the process, arranged all equipment needed to complete the job. Troy went above and beyond in our home. He was very professional, on time and worked extra hard on some vents that had dog urine in them and managed to get rid of the smell! He cleaned the furnace out, replaced our filters and was super efficient. I would 11/10 recommend him. Very nice guy and hard worker. He even was courteous enough to text me and ask if I wanted to move my appointment to the following day after he had a cancellation (because he knew I was rushing from 3.5 hours out of town to get to the appointment as we don’t live in PG).
