There were grease stains on the cupboards as a result of the over being cleaned, in addition to white blotches on the floor in the baby's room - none of these were there before. Got a coupon in the mail at the most perfect time before moving out. Jillian and Andrea (might be Audrea, I couldn't quite make out the cursive I'm sorry!!!) were excellent! I was expecting a phone call around the time requested saying they were having issues finding my unit but no phone call, everything went so well! I came home to a super clean apartment. Our placed has zero ventilation so there was a lot of dust build up and plant leave residue which was all GONE! They did such a great job at deep cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. I would definitely recommend, the price is extremely fair and includes so much! Great job, Maid 4 Condos!

She was thorough and professional. The work was done on the basis of a checklist, the cleaner did not rush through her work and was polite. I do not recommend this company. I paid $200 for 1 bedroom condo plus den cleaning experience. I added stove cleaning service. The cleaners left soap in the oven and didn’t properly clean it all. You can see in the pictures the leftover soap they never scrubbed off. They also broke a decorative toy I brought back from India - I’ve had that piece since 2001 and now it’s garbage. I informed the cleaners that getting the floors clean was really important to me. They left soap streaks all over the floor and did a poor job of fully cleaning it. I submitted my feedback to the company about the problems I had with the two cleaners they sent and never heard back from anyone. It’s been months now. So their 100% satisfaction guarantee is not real.

I love this company, I started using them last year when I moved downtown as I work nights and I hate cleaning and I’m horrible at it; they clean my condo every other week! They have great customer service skills, easily reachable via phone, email or text. The cleaners are always professional, on time and are so loving to my puppy; my puppy enjoys their bi-weekly visits too. I had a new cleaner Derouchette this week and she did an excellent job! I am very pleased with their services and feel comfortable leaving them alone in my condo cleaning with my puppy, while I run my errands for the day :). I think I started to request help from Maid4Coorms about a year ago and since then they’ve never disappointed. Most of the time the same person comes for about 3-4 times for my cleaning services (which I chose to receive once every two weeks) and then someone else comes another 3-4 times. This time it was Euler and Cristina. They did a marvellous job and they were really good with my dog too. They even emptied the vacuum cleaner after vacuuming which fills quickly with my dog’s fur as it is his shedding season. It was a nice surprise and it made me so so happy. They are very precious and detailed which is something I need as I don't have much time most of the time for detailed cleaning while I am cleaning. Mostly I choose basic cleaning service but this time I needed to add indoor windows too and even with that they finished in a short time of period with quality and detailed service. I would define recommend to try Maid4Condos if you haven't already used their services.

Booked a move in cleaning for my new condo and it seems like all they did was a simple wipe down...vents were still dirty, top of cabinets were a mess, they did not even attempt to clean any surface mold in the kitchen or washroom. Do not trust that they will actually show up. I had my appointment booked for weeks. They texted me one hour into the two-hour arrival window saying they’re running late and then they called me 10 minutes after the arrival window ended to say that they couldn’t show up. Totally unreliable!

It was a very rush job. There was a checklist of things that were checked off as cleaned and many of them were not clean. Outlets had a lot of dust on them, inside the microwave had easy to clean stains remaining, the stove top still had residue. The only good thing was that they arrived on time and that the experience booking the cleaning online is very user friendly. But it was a terrible cleaning job, I would strongly recommend to look elsewhere for your cleaning needs.

Even better than before! Alejandra Medina cleaned parts of my unit that I had not realized they needed cleaning (That is, until I saw them cleaned up). This is a great service and considerably cheaper than the competition. After switching jobs, I'm no longer able to find time to clean my own place, so had been looking at various cleaning services. 4th and last appointment was today. First was terrific. Second was sub par, but they were very gracious and they came back the next day to fix up. 3rd was decent, no complaints. Today they crossed my line. Another subpar cleaning, much missing on the ‘attention to detail’ front. But more to the point the maid left my condo door open. I came home and it was unlocked. This is totally unacceptable and rather dangerous. Luckily no harm was done but I had to cancel my service with Maid4Condos as a result. Just not worth the risk. The company with the cute little cars and the Satisfaction Guarantee seemed like a good option for us downtowners. A quote of $158.50 seemed unusually high for a Basic + one bedroom 650 sq ft apartment…so it was safe to assume that the cleaners coming over were thorough, well-paid, and had time to do a good job. I won’t go into details of the job done (one cleaner, here for 2 hrs & only 25% going to her which I was shocked to learn today :( ) the photos speak for themselves. This review is primarily about customer service, fair wages, and perhaps discouraging other folks like me from making a poor choice. After refusing to reimburse a partial refund even after sending several photos…sheets on partially made bed inside out, bathroom floor & shelf not cleaned, recycling not taken out, a half-finished check list they left, I wanted to take them up on their Satisfaction Guarantee "re-do". After my first and only experience with this company, my guess is most clients who are unhappy with the clean do not take them up on their “guaranteed” re - do’s. I work from home & I have a dog (which we pay extra for), so navigating a time when it’s only convenient for Maids4Condos for the “re do” was difficult.I was able to arrange through work a time on Friday when me and the dog could leave the apartment, and wrote to tell them so. The co-owners response: “Please le the know if you can give us access tomorrow (Wednesday) for the re do, we have space from 11 to 1pm”. When I wrote once again saying only Friday worked for me, their response “What time Tomorrow works for you?”, this was Wednesday. Brutal. Figured at this point I’ll just re-clean the clean myself. I received a phone call this morning from the co-owner only after posting a partial negative review on Google. The owner was upset that I posted a poor review before being able to fix it. Four emails, a work schedule change, dog sitter, a run-around of when it was only convenient for them to return…how much time do they need to fix it? Their initial email to me after I complained was that they had to return within a couple of days. After a tense conversation (about a living wage) ending with a reluctant tentative Friday, I said I would not post a negative review but I will not be using your company again. She hung up on me. At this point I feel like I may have dodged a bullet. My intial email to Maids4Condos was requesting a partial refund for a job not well done, but I was ok with them coming in for the “re do”. Neither of these options ended up being available to us. I will be calling my credit card company for services not delivered. In the meantime, buyer beware: There are lots of ethical options in the city for quality cleaning services…Maid4Condos should not be one of them. If you have money enough to burn to pay for the “deep clean” and two cleaners you may be fine with Maids4Condos. But if you work hard & need a bit of help now and then, look elsewhere.

My home is truly sparkling and she left everything even better than it was before. Though there was a delay in the service, the company communicated with me well and it was worth the wait. Jelleca's service and attitude/presence were both above and beyond my expectations and anything I'd previously experienced from a cleaning service provider. Overall the price was high for the service provided (you can get same quality for lower price elsewhere) but if you are looking for a reliable clean you can call them. I had two condo units to be cleaned, one was about 1100 sq ft and the other was about 650 sq ft. We were moving into the bigger unit and have requested maid4condo to do our service since they had a very good review on google. Two cleaners came on time, and cleaned our new place very thoroughly and spotless. One of our tenants can't afford the rent anymore because of covid so they had to leave the country overall, and left a lot of garbage around, including some sauces in the fridge. We requested the clean up after they left and asked them to throw out all the garbage that's lying around. We have disposed all the large garbage and let the cleaner do the small ones. Isabelle came to do our tenant smaller unit and did a good job on the stove-top, mirror and tables. They needed more time so they then sent Andrea over which she was extremely thorough. She is the best cleaners we had. She examined the missing spots that was not cleaned yet, did it fast and efficiently. I am very happy with the second clean that she has performed and will def recommend anyone who wishes to use them to do so. I'd say try to book her if you can! Thank you for your help maid4condos, will reach out again for our monthly clean and our time to time tenant move out clean!

This review is for the "Deep Clean" service, specifically. I thought I would give Maid4Condos a chance after reading so many great reviews, and taking notice of their helpful responses to those that weren't so great. I opted for the "Deep Clean" service specifically to see what they were capable of. After the first visit, my place was most definitely not "deep cleaned". There were lines of dirt/hair left around the floors, easily accessible areas were left untouched, somehow a bunch of dirt got onto the seat of one of my chairs, streaks and lines were left on my tv, and they put visibly dirty dishes back into my cupboards. Keep in mind my place is barely 500 square feet, it shouldn't be a major challenge to give it a spotless, deep clean. I initially reached out to them directly in hopes of remedying the situation before I decided to write a review. They were very responsive and eager to fix the problem, booking me in for a re-clean a couple of days later, which was much appreciated. After the second "clean" things weren't much different, still dirt on the floors, dirt on the chair, and streaks on the tv. The dishes were in fact cleaned this time, so, points for that. I would have contacted them directly again, but they only offer credit towards their business, or another clean, and after 2 times, with equal results, I do not see the point. I would recommend anyone who would like to use them to opt for their basic cleaning services, because I essentially feel like this is what they give you for all of their service options. And if you're good with a tidy up, dusting, and a once over on your floors, then I'm sure they would do a fine job.

UPDATE: Gave Maid4Condos another chance after an appointment was cancelled without notice or apology for my boyfriend's apartment. They missed washing the floor and sweeping under the bed, so I sent an email to let them know. Thankfully, they offered to have another cleaner come take care of the floor. Samantha is amazing! My apartment felt brand new and it was such a relief to have under my bed taken care of (I have an injury and can't do it on my own). Plus, she did the dishes all over again which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend Samantha! --- Up until COVID I rarely used my apartment and then living in complete isolation didn't help things at all. Giving them a call, they were able to schedule me in within 48 hours, recommending a Deep Clean and I was blown away! No more blue dye stains in the bathtub, or paint stains in the kitchen sink, my floors were sparkling... Isabel did an amazing job and even dusted each shoe cubbie for my high heels! The attention to detail was amazing - I highly recommend getting a Deep Clean seasonally just to fall in love with your home all over again! Thank you Isabel!

Andrea and Paula worked really hard at cleaning my condo just before it was listed for sale. They did a good job with the details of the cleaning. However, I will say that a deep clean doesn't mean that they will spend time getting old stains out - it means that they will clean more items (that was a learning for me). One of the girls accidentally broke the plastic piece of the fridge door. The company was extremely responsive. The manager called me right away and told me they could send me a replacement part which arrived within the week. I was very grateful since I was selling my condo and needed the part to be replaced. Overall, good service.

We arranged a seasonal “deep clean” as we head into winter. Booking was seamless, and the scheduling manager was in touch with updates on the day. The team was later than expected, but because of the proactive communication we were able to plan around this, so not a problem. Kimberley and Gloria did an outstanding job- the place was literally sparkling. I like to think I keep our home in excellent shape Regularly but this was something else. After seeing what a fab job they have done, I’m keen to have them do a monthly basic clean going forward.

Deep clean? Not so much. This was a very expensive service with a very poor result. We ordered a deep clean for a 2 bathroom, one bedromm+, 605sqft condo and the company sent one guy and scheduled him for only 3 hours (per what he told us). The price was $147 after a $20 coupon code discount that we found online and additional discounting for signing up for biweekly service. The regular total would have been close to $200. To his credit, the young guy who cleaned our condo stayed almost 4 hours (not 4.5) to try and get everything done, but it was simply too much for one man. He had to work so fast to finish the checklist that he left a lot of things still messy. Dirty kitchen sink, dirty baseboards, streaks on the floor crumbs on the counter, shower glass spots and streaks. And on top of it all the smell left behind was very off-putting. Usually cleaners leave the house smelling great. Not this one. Overall, we can't fault the cleaner. He did the best he could. The company fell way short. A deep clean should have at least 2 people if it is scheduled for 3 hours. We opted not to take them up on their offer to send someone back to clean because we are really looking for a company that does the job right the first time, every time. If management is interested, we would be happy to post our before and after photos. This was not even a messy house to start with. No kids, pets or clutter. Won't be returning.

I'm so sorry for the late review. I got the cleaning service done on May 17 by Joseph and Ornella. I just couldn't leave the review till now, since I had to move in right after getting the cleaning done and then had a couple surgeries since then. Anyway, I called Maid4Condos to request a service because I was moving into a new apt. The new apt was so filthy, there was no way I could get it cleaned before the move-in- date, even with help from a few people; it was time to call the professionals. I made the right choice and Joseph and Ornella worked so hard to clean up the place. Only after 2-3 hours, the place looked as good as new. They cleaned up the fridge, and even inside and top the cabinets, which can easily be missed!! I can be quite meticulous in terms of cleanliness and I checked every single corners of the bathroom, even behind the stove. Limescale in the bathroom was all removed and clean even the smallest areas. I was so happy with the service. I really thank Joseph and Ornella for their hard work. They were all covered in sweat by the time they were done...!! I truly thank you both and Maid4Condos for the wonderful service :)

Waste of money. The first clean we did was a basic clean and that was fine, the lady wrote a note explaining she didnt touch the bedroom because my cat was on my bed and she didnt want to disturb him. that was fine i accepted it because the rest of the place looked clean. I tried a second time and ordered a deep clean this time as my spring clean. The deep clean I paid $145 for looked worst than the basic clean. They did not clean the den at all it was completely untouched. I left out a mop, bucket, gloves and even cleaner so they could clean the floors and that wasnt done. The living room was half done. The dinning table wasnt wiped. I'm actually not sure what they really did other than the kitchen and bathroom. Which they broke the toilet paper holder thing off the wall and put dirty dishes on top of clean dishes in the dish water and ran it again making the clean ones, not so clean anymore because it was over filled. They didnt leave any names so I dont know who I had clean the place but they were awful. I dont understand how a deep clean can be worst than a basic clean.

I received a gift card for Maids4Condo services from a friend, and I was very excited to have my apartment professionally cleaned! When I first came home I was very satisfied with the cleaning as everything appeared tidy and dusted. I had paid extra to receive the deep clean treatment which ensured my walls would be spot cleaned, and my base boards and faces of my kitchen cupboard would be cleaned. On further inspection of my home I noticed this was not completed. I contacted them immediately to notify them as not to be blamed for the marks and dust. They responded at impressive speed and stated that it was a curious thought as a quality assurance manager had been at my place that day to make sure everything was completed. I understood their confusion and sent pictures to verify my findings. They followed up with an email that they would further investigate my concern and get back to me. However, this wasn't the most notable concern from my experience, as later that evening I noticed some money I keep near my bed was missing. I, of course, was surprised and wasn't sure how to go about handling the situation as I don't want to accuse anyone of anything or make assumptions, but felt that it was best that I inquire and bring this to the companies attention. There communication was prompt and they assured me they would ask the cleaners (they informed me then that there were two) if they had seen anything, and promised to refund me the money I had used outside of the gift card at my request. They also stated they would follow up with me by Monday (this was on Thursday). Monday came and went as did Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon I decided it best to follow up myself. The conversation was quick and I was informed the cleaners had not seen the money or the jar it was kept in, but that protocol was being followed in regards to the situation and I would be refunded the money I had requested back. All-in-all I won't be using there services again. I think it woud be great if Maids4Condo let their clients know if a manager was on-site as it might put new customers at ease, and also to inform their clients how many people will be in their home at a time. I had opted that I just wanted the money I had paid refunded back to me, and did not want to be redeemed for what was missed from the checklist so i'm not sure what their follow up is like. However, they are very pleasant, and their customer response time is impressive. I'm sure if you have any concerns or question you will be responded to promptly and professionally. .

I had a bit of a frustrating experience with this cleaning service yesterday. I purchased the Moving Out Cleaning package as I was moving out of my apartment and wanted to leave it professionally cleaned for my landlord. The two cleaners assigned to my unit arrived on time, which was great. I let them in and left to do some errands while they cleaned. While I was out, they requested an extra hour of cleaning, which was completely fine with me because I preferred to have everything done to the best of their abilities rather than just what they could do in the timeframe originally assigned to them. I returned 3 hours later to the cleaners leaving the apartment and I thanked them as they left. When I went down to my apartment, I noticed right away that they didn’t mop at all, which was included in the service. They also didn’t do the inside of the microwave, didn’t dust the corners of the rooms, didn’t wipe down the outside of the appliances and said that the mark in the toilet was a stain. Pictures of the condition attached. I called the main number as soon as I realized all of this was left and they immediately sent one of the cleaners back. A supervisor or manager seemed to accompany them as well. I appreciated that they came back right away, but it was also a little inconveniencing for me as I had to be somewhere within the next hour and purposely schedule my cleaning appointment in the morning to avoid being overwhelmed by too many things to do. Luckily, my landlord was able to get another tenant to lock up for me when the cleaners left since I had to leave myself. When I returned, it was obvious that only the one section of the floor was mopped or if they did do the entire thing, it wasn’t very thorough. I had dropped water on the floor and wiped it with a paper towel and noticed that the floors were still filthy based on what ended up on the paper towel. There were also still cobwebs and dust in various areas. The outside of the appliances, like the fridge and dishwasher, looked much better, but it was clear they didn’t use a stainless steel cleaner on them. I’m not sure if this is because environmentally friendly products don’t include stainless steel cleaner, but basically my landlord said she’d have to clean the stainless steel stove and fridge herself. The stain they had mentioned in the toilet was also left, but when I attempted to clean it myself with a more abrasive sponge, it came off quite easily. Overall, I could appreciate that they came back immediately to go over the areas that I complained about, but I was still pretty disappointed with the end result. I expected a moving out cleaning to be very detailed and include all of the services listed on the website the first time around, and this didn’t meet those expectations.

While the cleaners themselves are great, the customer service at Maid4Condos is truly terrible and unethical in their approach. We made a change to our cleaning order (took off one bedroom) well in advance of the cleaning. The cleaners came and performed the minus one bedroom clean. But since Maid4Condos' system didn't update (not our problem, it changed on the customer-facing UI), they will not refund the one room. We've explained it ten different times and they refuse to help. Beware of this company.

I was completely shocked to walk in afterwards and find the place SPOTLESS! I had lived in this condo full time for 6 years so there was naturally dirt and grime that had built up over that time. They didn't miss a single spot and everything was left looking brand new! I didn't even know my space and appliances could look so great. I was truly excited to use this service after all the raving reviews and a great looking website. I was also for some reason hoping to be at least bit surprised by some of the places they would clean up. However, after I paid for a "move" cleaning I was left with a bunch of dust in very accessible places: top of the fridge, air vents, walls, top of lamps, door frames, etc. My balcony was also forgotten and wasn't cleaned either. Windows are not included in the clean, sure. I would recommend just cleaning dust and tricky places yourself and not rely on this place. Especially if you want a "move in/out clean". The cleaners did an okay job in the bathroom and cleaning the oven. After I contacted support they did offer to come back and clean the balcony, but at that point I was too frustrated and just did that myself. I would guess this place provides an okay "maid" service, but I would not risk spending money with them again.

Terrible quality! I paid $178 to feel like stepping in a “new home” as they advertised and feel good! But all I feel at the moment os frustration!! I’ve been picking up piles of dirt since she left! I have one small table and one dining table. The dining table is left untouched and the small table is full of strokes of her cloth. Here is why: She had two cloths and literally wiped everywhere with them! Even the coffee maker and electric tea pot! I’m not saying nothing is cleaner than when she came, but not $178 worth of cleaning!! I used the same service in Vancouver . They did what they had in the menu perfectly well. I’m not really sure why they get so many good reviews! I think the good reviews are for the more expensive services! For services like kine that cost under $200 they don’t care so much! Not happy and Not recommending them!

I got the impression that they really wanted to know what I was looking for, how my experience with the other two companies was, and what they can do for me. (5/5) - The receptionist who answered my phone call was also very clear, respectful, and quick to resolve my issues (I missed the cleaning ladies' call to let them into the unit, and I couldn't reach them back.) (5/5) - The two cleaning ladies (Maria Jose and Yerilin) were both very attentive, respectful, and diligent. They went through each of my shelves and cupboards and made sure that the dusted and wiped between, behind, and under the easily removable decorations and items, instead of just dusting around them. After each room/location was done, they asked me if I wanted to have a look myself, and followed up with whatever requests I had. (5/5) - They provide you with a checklist of what was done, which is a nice touch at the end. It's not for me to sign, but just for my own reference of what was done. (5/5) Details: I've used two other cleaning services in Toronto before. They were both okay, but they were slightly lacking in their attention to detail, so they both scored a solid "Meh" in my books. I decided to check out to Maid4Condos since they had amazing reviews. and I'm glad that I did. My place was in dire need of a unit-wide clean, and honestly, I've done some immediate light cleaning around the unit a couple of days before the scheduled cleaning, but I'm glad I hired them for this service. For example, I've already wiped the kitchen counter once with cleaning products a couple of days prior, but it must have had some clear, dried up residue near the back where I don't reach and use usually. They used a small scrape to make sure that the counter top is as clean as they come, not only visually, but to the touch as well. Also, because I only had a single Dyson vacuum to cover my two bed/two bath condo, Maria Jose and Yerilin had to vacuum certain parts of the condo, let it charge, vacuum certain other parts, and then let it charge again - even though I had it at full charge before their arrival. Regardless of this nuisance, they were very good at prioritizing and organizing their work so that they could cover the entire checklist without delay or halts. The one point that I can't review is their timeliness, but ONLY because I selected the "Flexible arrival" option, where they could arrive any time between 9AM and 5PM. They arrived early in the day, however, gave me a great couple of reasonable hours of cleaning, and left the place in spotless condition. I would recommend Maid4Condos to anyone who needs a thorough cleaning job done, and would even recommend signing up for a regular cleaning if you'd like to keep your place in tip top condition all the time. (I'd sign up for it if they had a bit more options on the regular cleaning frequency.) Thanks!

I am so disappointed with my experience using Condos4Maids. I had Condos4Maids booked to come in to do a move-in clean. I chose this option because it had the works - inside the fridge, ovens, cabinets, cleaning the baseboards, etc. I came back after the clean was done and I'm not even sure at this point what was actually cleaned in my condo. The fridge and mirrors had smudges on them, I paid extra to have the balcony/windows done - they weren't even touched. Inside the fridge still had crumbs, the cupboards still had food marks and grease marks. In the bathroom there were facial hairs still covering the counter from the previous tenant. Not to mention the fact that the condo didn't even smell like it was clean. The condo was empty as I have not moved in yet - so it should have been a straight forward clean. When I reached out to Condos4Maids they offered to "make it right" by coming back to complete the balcony. I refused as this was a huge convenience to have to have to come back to drop off and pick up my only set of keys to let them - while also having to be at work. It should have been done correctly in the first place. I insisted I get a refund and only ended up getting back $60 for balcony clean that wasn't done. When in reality (taking a look at the pictures), I should have had a full refund. I ended up having to clean my condo myself, which was the whole point in getting them to clean it in the first place. I am blown away based on my experience, how many positive reviews they are. I am so disappointed - I will never be using again. The pictures speak for themselves.

The man who cleaned up stairs didn’t do a very good job. He cleaned inside our cabinets which was nice but the floor, walls, and baseboards were still very dusty...i had to wipe the baseboards down myself after and they were still so dirty. They are probably good for regular cleaning, but certainly 'deep cleaning service' was quite horrible. After the maids were done, my wife and myself spent hours completing their work cause they simply couldn't do any work. I was surprised how horrible the service was for deep cleaning after reading all the reviews. I would have actually been better off saving the money i wasted here, and just investing that money in cleaning supplies so i could do it myself, which i did end up doing. Horrible service, would not recommend for deep cleaning.

I used Maidforcondos for the first time for a move in cleaning service yesterday. Eduardo, Mery and Andrea did a great job for the most part. There were a couple things that were left out. These included a red ketchup/sauce like spot in the freezer area of the fridge, behind the stove and fridge cleaning, removing lint under microwave and sweeping balcony. I did call maid for condos and spoke to Patrick (manager or owner) and was told that cleaning behind the stove and fridge is not included and they have not updated their packages? It is included as per move in move out cleaning check list which is published. I was a little disappointed with that. I also thought a quick sweep of the small balcony would have been nice as it’s a move in cleaning service and again Patrick mentioned it’s not something they do because of liability? There was some lint under the over range microwave that had accumulated and had a missing filter cover and so the lint was visible. The lint could have been vacuumed or removed but it wasn’t. When I brought that up with Patrick, he said it’s safety concern for the cleaners as it’s not covered? I’m quite confused about this still as the cleaners vacuumed the ceiling fan in the bathroom and cleared the lint in the laundry perfectly well. I’m not sure how you expect to bring a place back to “new” with these basic items that could have been addressed. In regards to the fridge spot that I noticed, he said it is hard to clean because it’s the freezer? I personally think that spot was missed because it was not hard to clean. I was able to get rid of it myself. I was not offered “ we will make it right” service Or even an apology because he dismissed my concerns with excuse for everything. These are little things that matter to me and would have made me happy. I think the cleaners overall did great but I feel management should have been empathetic.

I 100% recommend maid4condos over any other cleaning service in Toronto. We used them for a move out condo clean for our 1 bed+den. Two cleaners came and painstakingly scrubbed every inch of the place for about 2.5 hours. I'm really happy with their service and plan to use them for general cleaning in my new condo. I've used Maid4Condos a number of times now for move-in cleans after having some horrible experiences with other companies in the Toronto area. Most recently I had Silvia and Miozotty come to clean my property and they were truly fantastic. There were some particular areas that needed special attention and they took the time to go over these areas with me. I really appreciated that they gave me a call close to the end of the cleaning so I could do a final review and address anything that may have been missed (there wasn't any!). What stands out to me about Maid4Condos is their professionalism and thoroughness. I've only had an issue with their service once when some key areas were missed, when it was brought to their attention they were very responsive, acknowledged their error and quickly rectified it by coming back the next day to address the deficiencies.

We recently bought a condo and needed a real professional clean. We found really good reviews and decided to try Maid4 Condos. We decided on the move in package and it was a great decision. On the day of the service, I met with with Tenzin and Sonam who were 10 minutes early which was great. The unit we purchased is a loft so we have 11.5ft ceilings. I had a special request for them to try to dust the venting pipes which are quite high but we’re really dusty, they said they would try. There is no place to make requests on their website when booking, but I was told that if you reply to the confirmation email with your request, they will address it when they come. They did not. It seems like they don't put a lot of weight into what the customer wants and just sort of stick to their checklist. They also missed the back sides of the toilet on the outside, found a little bit of urine there (they did do the insides and the outside front). All in all they did a decent job but I've had better. I'm undecided if I will use them again.

The dishwasher wasn’t clean nor was the washer. I contacted the company who were very responsive at first. I was told by the owner that we could make arrangements to resolve but then they didn’t follow up or return messages. I don’t mind the cost as long as the job was up to par at $450! Perhaps it was the crew as I’ve seen their work elsewhere and it was why I called them to begin with.

This is my first time to use Maid4Condos. I've been very busy with work and I decided I needed a bit of cleaning help. First, their website is extremely user-friendly (takes less than 5 minutes to get a quote and request a booking). Second, the cleaner, Hatice, came within the time frame, she was friendly, and she only needed 5 minutes of being shown around before she was ready to get to work. She did a great job. The only reason I couldn't give her 5 stars (although I wanted to give her 4.5 stars) is I used to work for high-end hotels and I'm super picky about cleaning...I doubt I'd give anyone 5 stars. Also, I thought the company should have followed-up with me to see how my first experience was. Regardless, I will ask for Hatice again and hope she'll be available. They did everything they said. Came home to a nicely cleaned, and tidied condo. Instructions were easy to give, booking was simple, and pricing was reasonable. Will be booking again. Edit: I’ve been using Maid4Condos now for over 2 years and can say I couldn’t be happier. Adapting to COVID and working from home has made cleaning even harder to keep on top of, but having the monthly cleaning has been a ton of peace of mind. Also, Maria and Jhon did a great job of keeping distance while doing a great clean today.

Maria Jose from Maid4Condos cleaned my condo yesterday and she did an amazing job! She was very friendly, asked about which areas I felt were a priority, was very attentive and detail-oriented in every part of the cleaning. After finishing a portion of the apartment (e.g. the floors), she would always confirm with me that I was satisfied with the results (which I definitely was!) It was very evident that she took pride in her work and had very high standards so that there wasn't a speck of dust left behind. Avoid this company! They are dishonest and the service is inconsistent. I originally submitted a positive review after receiving good service by Luisana. It was downhill from there. Subsequent cleaning was not up to the standard of the first one and I was charged double the amount of the online quote for service, without receiving a receipt. It has been over a month since I complained about this issue and it has yet to be addressed. I cannot recommend service from this company.

I specifically requested for post construction cleaning with a lot of dust and paid more than "Deep Clean" that you offer. However, none of the dust were removed. All the dust were still there on the windows, lamps, etc. I called back to discuss about this and whoever picked up the phone informed me that he is driving and will call back to discuss about this. However, I never received any call back. If this is for regular everyday cleaning that you cannot do since you are busy, I may recommend. However, if the work requires beyond that, I would not recommend at all. Very poor customer service. (Update) I did get a call from the Maid4Condos and they tried to resolve issue. I am satisfied with their solution. Rating has been changed.

Scratched my desk while cleaning; cleaning job not done properly (requested "deep clean" - stainless steel not wiped down, floors not properly vacuumed / washed, etc.). When I complained, they insisted they "only use microfibre cloths" and their cleaner couldn't have possibly done the damage. When I showed them photos, they suggested they had a "cleaning solution" to remove minor scratches that I could use. I'm not aware of a "cleaning solution" that will remove a six inch scratch from tempered glass. No restitution for damage offered (offered to re-clean the parts of apartment that were not cleaned properly, but not address the major issue which was the damage). No time to argue with them. I'll do the work myself and ensure nothing else is damaged. Buyer beware.

Had a service from them last Friday and they’ve left my place worse than it was before(see pictures below) I was informed that they’re policy don’t allow refunds which is very stupid especially when you pay $150 on a deep clean and the place wasn’t clean, they broke a glass and messed up the outside of my fridge! An absolute joke this service is! Definitely don’t book with them you’re better off booking with someone else or even cleaning yourself! If I could give a 0 start I would!

I would give them a 2.5 if I had the option. Customer service was good and responsive but I have a few issues with their service. I called for a basic clean and added window cleaning. The place was empty and relatively clean so i only wanted the floors, windows and kitchen surfaces to be cleaned. I was quite dissapointed to find the kitchen counter all smudged, bathroom floors still dirty, and windows not fully cleaned. So what was cleaned then?? When i complained, first the answer was that i should have requested a deep clean ( does not make sense really, i only wanted a decent basic clean). Then i was promised a credit back on my account (I was never offered that the cleaners would come back and make it right) When i wanted to rebook, turned out the credit was $20. Really? $20 credit for a $300 previous bad clean?? Lastly, The idea is of the website is good but it is not very smooth or well designed. And it does not let the customer have control over their appointments. You always have to call to change the pre-booked appointments...

Unfortunately I’ve had a less than ideal experience with Maid4condos this past week. The online booking system was stellar and the pre-cleaning auto messages were very prompt. But when I walked into my investment condo today to inspect the work - I was speechless at the amount of spots missed. I find it very very hard to decipher how two cleaners spent 7.5 hours and missed obvious places like wiping my kitchen counter top, dusting my vent, my cabinets, window rims or my patio chairs. When I emailed my feedback- no apologies and I was told it’s because I was “moving” and I ordered another carpet cleaner who was “in their way” and they advised me not to book anyone else in the space while they clean. Ridiculous. The reality is my husband went in and removed the cable and shoe rack and my carpet cleaner was in and out within 30 mins. I still don’t understand how that impacted their cleaning and that they tried to “accommodate” me. Needless to say, will not be booking again.
