I feel they went above and beyond the job, making extra little fixes or updates for my convenience. They let me follow them around, answered all my questions and were very neat about the job. Needed some work done. Got a quote. Got the work done. The quality of the work was excellent and the guys that came to the house knew their stuff. Another time, I needed advice and I called and talked to one of their staff and they steered me in the right direction. Will always be my first choice!

Initial free consultation by Dan was encouraging, occurring within 24 hours of our inquiry. He seemed to know our fireplace set-up and offered a budget-conscious solution. One star for that. BUT AFTERWARDS...waited a week and never received the job quote. Phoned, waited another two weeks, and still no quote. Went in to the showroom and were promised same-day quote. Three weeks later, still no word. Phoned again. The office staff said they'd get right on it, taping a post-it note to a chair. A few weeks later we phoned again. This time a return call happened within a couple hours. We were told the initial fireplace setup recommended wasn't the right one we needed. But they didn't offer a solution. Kinda felt like they thought we were just a "too-small-to-bother-with-them" job. Found another local company and had the whole fireplace issue completely fixed inside two weeks! Maybe they're good at big jobs? Dan was great. Follow-up was not.

I went to see these clowns about my furnace not working properly. They didn't seem to believe me when I told them what was going on with it but told me he would come out and look at it in a couple of days, which he did. He told me what he thought was wrong with it and said he would go back to the shop find ,or order, the part and call me with prices and when he would be back. That was the last I heard from them. I ended up fixing it myself . When I told my dad about it , he said they did the same thing to him. My dad wanted to put in a new gas fireplace and went to Fraser. He picked out a fireplace, the same guy(the President of the company I might add!!!) came out and took measurements and such and told my dad he would go back to shop figure out the costs and when it could be done. He never heard back from him. How this guy can keep a company afloat with pathetic customer service like this is beyond belief. STAY AWAY FROM FRASER HEATING!!

We needed immediate hot water tank service in our vacation rental home on a Saturday when guests were suddenly without hot water. What we got was just that. Customer service was great and informative as the tech (Robert) who showed up to do the job was fast and informative about what he did to restore hot water on the quick. That was our experience and we highly recommend.

We having been dealing with Polar Plumbing and Heating for over 3 weeks trying to have a nice quiet Lennox furnace installed and all we got was one big fat run around. We called Fraser Plumbing and he DID go out of his way to help us solve the problem that the other furnace guy just walked away from. I have an office in my home and having a quiet furnace is very very important to us! The owner came over on his own time, did not charge us for the visit and gave us some options that he felt may sold the problems, and boy was he right!! He suggested a furnace, Lennox, he installed it and I cannot even hear it running!! If you are looking for a great furnace and a bunch of great people then you have to call Fraser Plumbing and Heating and you will not be disappointed at all. Cannot thank you enough!!

I booked Fraser Plumbing for a November appointment to install a salon sink. In October the staff said that they didn’t see my appointment they rebooked it. texted the owner later to reconfirm and he confirmed November 8. Needless to say nobody showed up. I phoned to find out what was going on. They said it was due to turnover in office staff. And then they said it was due to Covid.very disappointing and now I’m not up and run and can’t get a plumber until December. I DO NOT recommend this company. I believe it used to be great but has gone downhill.

The blower fan on our furnace quit. Called Fraser for a tech. Next day Chris showed up, within 20 minutes had 2 parts diagnosed and one fixed. Had to order a blower fan, not surprised as it is not a common one. Came home today to HEAT YAY! Furnace room is cleaner than when Chris showed up. (insert sheepish emoji) Thanks Chris and Fraser Plumbing & heating.

I had a pinhole leak in the main supply line to my house - it required the city to shut the water off at the street. I also needed a very old toilet to be replaced. They sent Robert out - who was very efficient, polite and competent. He worked quickly and did a faultless job. He coordinated well with the city. He called later to ask if there was any issue. There was none. The office accidentally overcharged me for the toilet, which was an unusual make and they don't often order that one. They rectified the bill very graciously, and said they would correct their records on that toilet so the mistake wouldn't happen in the future. I recommend Fraser to anyone.

We had very bad experience with Fraser Plumbing and heating. I called them to service our gas fire place. My wife said that the technician was very rough and very unprofessional. He also broke one of the fire place bricks and he did not even tell my wife. When we called them the owner did not even try to reimburse the cost. I will never go back to them again

Ask about a thermo coupler for my Johnson hot water tank and was lied to that they did not make parts and would have to buy new from them. Its a standard part. UN-trustworthy staff.

I spent over 4 years working with Fraser Plumbing trying to get a pellet stove in my home that would work. While the staff at the store were friendly, the owner did not go out of his way to assist me. Me new stove and vendor are awesome!

You should stay as far away from this company as possible. The owner told me it would be around a two maybe three hour job and around $300. When the flunky they sent out looked at it he said I am not that experienced it will take me a whole day and cost $1000. He even said if you want to save money you should get an experienced plumber. That is just what I plan to do, it will be with another company.

Absolute garbage costumer service. Would give a 0 if I could. Sold me the wrong part twice, told me they would order the proper part on Monday, I called Wednesday no parts ordered and someone would have to call me the next day. Seems like there's only 2 people that can help you somewhat and they are nearly impossible to contact. Worst service will not go back. Finally called Quesnel, part was sent out that afternoon and will be here today.

Horrible quality from their plumbers. Took them four times to find a leak. Their dispatch does not treat you very well one even cursed on the phone on the fourth time I had them come back because they couldn't fix a leak. Ended up having to get a new bath tub installed and they double booked me and I got bumped. I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything

I wouldn't hire these guys to walk across the street. they are completely incompetent! we hired them to replace taps in our tub and put new powered anodes in 2 water heaters. 1- they showed up late to do the taps, didn't tell us the anodes were back ordered. the taps were installed crooked and we have almost no hot water coming out. 2- months later with no notice they call to do the anodes and tell us they will be here within an hour. 3 hours later they show up and decide that they are unable to install them and they have the wrong parts anyways.
