Simply Impressed!! I called Fenron Furnace Vent & Carpet Cleaning for cleaning the carpets and asked them about the quotes too. They asked me some info and provided my quotes which were very reasonable. I quickly booked them and they came in a group of two people and did the cleaning of the carpets of my two rooms in a professional way. They were fully trained with their equipment which they used for cleaning the carpets. They removed all dust and dirt out of it. After cleaning result was wonderful. My old carpets after cleaning are now adding new shine to my same old rooms. Thank You Fenron. Highly recommended for great service.

I had an appt for 7:30 this morning to have Fenron come and clean my airducts/vents. When the appointment was scheduled, I was told it would take approximately an hour and I explained to the owner that I had another appointment at 9am and would need to be sure they were done no later than 8:45am. When they hadn't shown up by 7:45 this morning, I called the owner and told him that at this point, I would need to reschedule as I had other commitments and they would not be done in time. I told him that this was very inconvenient and that I had gotten up very early and moved furniture etc. to ensure that they had clear access to all the vents etc. The owner asked me to tell his driver this when they showed up at my house as he expected they would be there soon although he didn't know why they were late to begin with. They techs showed up at my house 35 minutes late, I told the guy that came to my door that I had called the boss and was rescheduling and I expressed to him how inconvenient it was that they were so late, and that his boss had asked me to share my thoughts with him directly. He proceeded to swear at me and very rude and unprofessional, he refused to give me his name when I asked for it. This whole interaction was witnessed by neighbors. I called the owner back and told him I will not use their services and advised him of how the conversation ended.

These guys did a wonderful job. They cleaned my sofas and carpets removing all the spots and dirt. I did not have to bother during the whole process, it was stress free. The cleaners were well trained, start to finish was excellent, they did all the cleaning, drying and placing in a very professional manner. after their job was done they also asked me if I am satisfied with the work. It was awesome, the cleaning was actually beyond my expectations. I am definitely going to call thor the next time. Strongly recommended.
