Although I did not end up hiring Shawn, he was punctual and very helpful with my situation. It ended up not needing pest control at all and based on Shawn's advice I was able to solve the problem at no cost.

Do not let them do your service!!!!!!! I would give no stars. The most terrible service we have ever had. There is no list and procedures they are going to do, so we had no clue what should do before the treatment. And still see a lot lot lot bugs after the second treatment!!!!! Terrible!

Worst service ever. Actually, there is NO service. They booked the appointment, but never shpwed up. When I called, the guy seems apologetic and insisted that he'll call me back after checking in with his employee who was supposed to come , but he never called back either. Since then, I've called a couple of times again to check on their status, but they don't even pick up the phone. I would NOT recommend and if I could rate them zero, I would, because that's what they are. Edit: This is after two weeks of no response from them when I called and they wouldn't pick up.
