I had very little expectations of how well our family room carpet would clean up. It is a lighter colour carpet in a very high traffic area and we have a puppy who had a couple of inevitable "accidents" in the early days of arriving in our home. To say I was stunned at the results that James was able to achieve, would be an understatement! The carpet looks like brand new again. He also did a stellar job on the staircase and upstairs carpets, which, although in no way the same condition as the family room, still needed a good clean! James showed up on time and got on with the job in a timely and very efficient manner. The price he quoted me was the price I paid (no trying to "upsell" me as so many carpet cleaners do!). The house smelled lovely afterwards too, very fresh and clean, no nasty chemical smell as per previous experiences with other cleaning companies. I would highly recommend James. Next time I need my carpets done, James will be my Clear Choice!!
