I would give 6 stars for this company if I could! They provided a quote fast and were able to accommodate my date request for a move out clean on short notice. The price was super reasonable and the cleaners were kind and thoughtful. I feel as though they went above and beyond on the clean- taking care of hard to reach areas and leaving the place spotless (which I know was hard to do for such an old home). I wanted to get a price so I asked her if she can come and see what I need done she was very accommodating and was willing to help me out, his apartment needed a deep cleaning which can be costly but she worked with us in a polite and professional way.

We had a very large house that hadn't been cleaned much over the years. When we moved it needed a really good cleaning from top to bottom. 3 bdrm, 2 bath and a huge family room and was quoted a great price. 2 cleaners came to do the work and found it would take longer than they expected, they stayed late to get the job done and still honored the quoted price. I moved into a disgusting and dirty apartment and recruited Cleaning Glow for my deep clean needs. I submitted a quote online and it was confirmed about 3 days later. Luciana was the pro who did the cleaning of this two bed/ two bath dump. She did an amazing job!!!!! The arrival window was 8-830 am, she called at 8:02 to tell me she was downstairs. She got to work right away once inside. Everything looks amazing and honestly I was shocked she did such a great job in 4 hours by herself. I attached some before and after pics. They’re absolutely worth every penny!!!

A waste of money no stars. Cobwebs in corners under appliances not touched, bathroom look like it had not been touched, tub left dirty floors not moped, the only places that were cleaner then they got here was refrigerator and stove, microwave left untouched.

We booked Cleaning Glow to help clean our condo before renting it out. It was super easy to book and confirm. We booked a move in clean with carpet cleaning and are really pleased with the results. The team arrived within the arrival window and left everything spotless. Everything from the fridge to the window sills, to the baseboards were cleaned wonderfully. I thought the neat vacuum lines the team left in the carpet were a nice touch. I would absolutely use Cleaning Glow again for a heavy duty clean.

Very poor cleaning. She did not even rinse the tiles around the shower. There were still dust rings on furniture around my decorations. We found tons of crumbs still on the kitchen floor. Pictures hung on walls had not been dusted at all. I paid for a deep/heavy clean, and this was a light tidy. Save your money and use an alternate service.

The cleaning job they did would’ve taken me 8 hours easily, and they did it in less than 3. My only request is that they would’ve cleaned in the kitchen drawers and mopped the floors a bit more aggressively, but that’s me being nit picky.

I had made a mistake in booking and only booked a carpet clean at first so when I went to book a full move out clean there weren't any available appointments. We've been getting the bi-weekly cleaning service for a few months now, and it's been a lifesaver, given that my husband and I work full-time. Cleaning Glow is great: easy to schedule, flexible. Diogennes and Luana did an amazing job and left my studio apartment spotless. I am in general not too messy/ dirty but have wanted to do a deep clean to remove the dust in the corners or areas that are not easy to reach for me. The house always looks amazing after they have been here. they bring their own supplies and their own vacuum. I don’t know what kind of vacuum it has, but it must’ve been made by NASA or something because it does a much better job than any vacuum we have ever had. Communication is excellent. We are still happy with Cleaning Glow and would recommend them. Sadly for us, Dioggenes has gone on to other things, and he is/was absolutely the BEST!!! But we have Agatha still, joined by Felipe, who is new but very willing to learn the details of our place and do whatever we ask. They are good people, always ready to accommodate and I feel whenever I am willing to be out of my home when cleaners are there (I had to leave for an appointment before they were done last time) -- that is a sure sign I feel trust in them. The cleaner was on-time and Overall Did a Good Job. Although the Rental unit was already cleaned and everything looked cleaned, the rental agency or new tenant wanted/requested the unit "professionally" cleaned before moving-in. It maybe a COIVD 19 "new cleaning standard" for rental units in San Francisco. I used their Move-in cleaning service. It is very detailed in the items/areas that are clean. The before and after pictures that I have of the unit does not show the unit any cleaner or any differences. I watched the cleaner clean everything on the move-in service. In my case I was paying for a paper to say that it was "professionally" cleaned to show the rental agent and new tenant. This company was the only company that give me a price quote out of the other 5 companies I found on Yelp. I would use them again.
