We asked 2 Rivers to clean our basement carpet and a bedroom carpet. They were able to book an appointment within two days. They were 30 minutes late for the appointment and I had to call to find out where they were - this was my only issue. When they arrived I was able to leave them to the work. They used a UV light to find the pet stains and did a good job of cleaning. I would use their services again.

The owner came over to do our measurements and quote the same day I called them, and the crew came in on their day off to work around our schedule (we were moving out of our apartment.) The work was super quick and the crew was super professional. We’d give them 6 stars if we could.
