I book a carpet steam cleaning with this company 2.5 weeks in advance of the date required. When the scheduled time arrived they were a no show. I both texted and called them with no response. 4 hours after the scheduled appointment they finally called with not even so much as an excuse. Just sorry we missed the appointment. Hellooooo....I was booked in. That means schedule reminders on your computer calendar. I would not recommend wasting your time and effort booking with this company. This company will leave you hanging. 0* for service not rendered. 0* for customer service. Major thumbs down. Thankfully there was a local company that was able to show up on very short notice.

Typhoon steam cleaning was absolutely amazing they came to our office to clean our carpets and chairs they did the best job i have ever seen in carpet cleaning, Landon and Terry were great to deal with they even managed to work around our hours and their busy schedules, i would highly recommend them to anyone that has fabrics in need of a good cleaning :)

Quick service, accomidating and personable. This team cleaned our area rug which had been cleaned in the past. We figured it was worn out and ready to be tossed but figured we would try cleaning it one more time. When we first rolled it out, we could not believe our our eyes. ITS WAS LIKE A NEW RUG! My husband and I hired Typhoon Steam Cleaning to clean our old carpets in our home. I was skeptical about how well the many years of random stains would come out. But it was try that, or rip them out and put in new flooring. We were both very impressed with the friendly, personable and professional way that we were treated and we were very pleased with how fast and efficient the service was! Landon did not stop until our carpets were fresh and stain free, and we didnt have to invest in new flooring. For the service and the amazing end result that we got it was well worth the price; we would recommend hiring Typhoon Steam Cleaning to everyone!

Terry did a great job after my tenant moved out without cleaning. Area rug and room carpet were professionally cleaning without stains. It was easy to call and set up schedule with Terry. Terry also gave me a good discount for Christmas and COVID-19. I highly recommend this business. They will leave your carpet clean and fresh.
