We had them come and clean our carpets before we moved in. They did come last minute for us which was great, but they took half the time they quoted me for and I was not allowed to stay there . And my landlord agreed to pay for the cleaning but she will not email me a receipt. I have asked 4 times now. And I still don't have one. And now she will not even respond to my text messages. So essentially I'm out 300 bucks because of her. Won't be using them again

The cleaner arrived on time, described what he was going to do in detail, followed Covid protocols for mask wear, wore foot protectors in my home, was careful with all of his equipment, and set up safety blocks so that my walls were not damaged.
