While the staff was pleasant enough, on the whole they were very unprofessional, very poor communicators, and did very poor quality work. I made up a schedule for them (most businesses would do that for you) and they still failed to show up on the proper day. I had to chase after them to find out when they would arrive. As far as cleaning went, they only did what you could see: they didn't clean under beds, sofas, or behind anything a majority of time. They started off doing a good job but quickly lost interest. I employed them for about eight months. I would avoid this company and look elsewhere.
