The technician,Cam, was prompt, courteous and explained the process very well! My carpet is very high quality but is 12 years old and it looked like new when Cam was finished ! It took about an hour to dry and there was no offensive odor .... it just smelled clean and fresh! Thanks so much to Cam for doing such an excellent job! Tim showed up on time and was very professional. I have white carpets and 3 dogs - needless to day, my carpets take a beating, even though I do my best to maintain them. After Oxi Fresh's visit, my white carpets look new again and some of the stains that other companies struggled with in the past, are gone! After they left the carpets were almost dry to the touch and there is no strong, lingering chemical smell. Because my carpets are so light, I have to have them cleaned often and have used many of the local companies over the last 7 years. But I think I have finally found a winner! See you again in 6-ish months Tim!

I have a rental property up in the Kelowna Valley and had to get the carpets cleaned quickly because new tenants were coming in. A friend recommended Oxi Fresh of Kelowna Carpet Cleaning. Brian and his team came out on short notice and did an amazing job. He even removed the stains that other cleaners couldn't remove in way less time. The other great thing is the tenants moved in that same day. The carpets were completely dry in only a couple of hours. I really can't thank Oxi Fresh enough.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would, not because of a poor job but because of 3 no shows! After scheduling the first time, I was told that no schedule had been made because I had told them I was getting multiple bids. I did tell them this but I scheduled them anyway. I told them I would call back if I needed to cancel. I figured, Ok, a miscommunication/misunderstanding: It happens... I rescheduled. The technician called me and had to cancel because he was sick. I was frustrated but I still gave them a pass. People get sick. This weekend, the technician calls me back and schedules the appointment for 10 AM on Monday the 10th of August. I thanked him and wrote down the new time. Once again, I'm at the property waiting for him to show up. After 30 minutes, I called Oxy Fresh to check on the technician's whereabouts. It turns out that someone else had scheduled online and for whatever reason, he couldn't reschedule that appointment. But he didn't have the decency to call me and explain. He left me standing - again - waiting.... This type of service is unacceptable! I don't know how they've stayed in business. Customers have to adjust their schedules or miss work, etc. for this kind of thing. In my case, I have to have carpets cleaned on a house I need to sell. This is holding everything up. I'm advising everyone, DONT SCHEDULE WITH OXY FRESH! This business is completely unreliable!

I really like this company and the local technicians and franchise are great. But the booking call centre was horrible to deal with. The representatives were rude, did not take notes or the file, did not call me back multiple time when I tried to book an appointment and when they indicated they would, and they couldn't tell me what payment methods were acceptable. The technical service and products are amazing, but the call centre, not at all.

Our experience with Oxi Fresh was great from start to finish. We were given a quote over the phone and that price was honored. Chris was considerate and thorough. We have pets and kids so there were a fair amount of stains, some of which we didn’t hold out much hope of coming out. I was impressed with the outcome and the attention to detail. We will be trusting our carpet with this company again in the future!

Chris Gehlhausen cleaned 1 area rug and the carpet in 4 rooms. Prior to cleaning, our carpet was moderately stained and laid down in high traffic areas. He came in with this awesome carpet rake, some enzyme cleaners, and a vacuum type machine with large, rotating brushes. After about 3 hours, my carpet looks almost brand new! Highly recommend this service. Chris was friendly and professional, and I'm completely satisfied with the outcome and value of my service!
